Has anyone been in touch with draftkings support today? I sent an email 2 hours before lock asking to be removed from a contest that was full (They’ve fulfilled this request in the past before). I never heard back from them and it usually takes an hour for them to respond on days with big slates. Is it too late for me to get my money back or not since I sent the email well before lock? Makes me mad that a company their size is so inconsistent with customer support.
