Been waiting on a Paypal withdrawal since 4-5-15 and have sent 2 support tickets that have not been answered and nobody is picking up the phone at Draftster’s offices or returning calls. I would be very wary of depositing any money on Draftster at this point. Are any other grinders having any issues at all with Draftster?

so much for staying engaged, still no answers to direct questions aimed at helping us understand the reasons behind slow payouts…. that’s enough for me to stay away..

They have to keep eyes focused on OVERLAY, cashouts are down the list!

Qqstukie, why are you such a pain? You don’t play on the site as per your comments earlier in this thread. Why kick them while they’re down? I feel your smart&ss comments are not needed.
I personally, just signed up to RG today because of you. I’ve been following this forum for over 2 years. I just had to voice my thoughts. Looks like Draftster has issues, best of luck to them to get through these tough times. (I have never played there nor plan on it at the moment.) I do play DFS everyday on smaller sites and just absolutely love it.
This forum is very powerful. This will definitely hurt Draftster which is maybe good for them, it will help teach them how important each and every decision really is.

The drafster rep did nothing to provide clarity on the issue, yet he ends his response with “draft fiercely”. It shows they are out of touch with their customer base, or worse, they don’t care. Its almost like they think DFS is so popular that they can throw together a website and rake in the money. Wrong, you need to be unique and provide an excellent player experience from start to finish.

he is antagonistic on every thread he posts on….rarely does it make any logical sense.

    Draftster-

I requested a 2k payout on Monday and still havent gotten the money. I would have thought after making me wait 10 days for my last withdrawal you would have payed me out promptly this time. Really looking forward to Justin’s response. Trying to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but this kind of sucks.

Just for comparison I also made withdrawals from several other sites within the same hour as draftster. I received withdrawals from victiv, fantasy aces, and sports trade ex the same day i requested.

  • JSteele

I sent a ticket to get my withdrawal and they processed it the same day.

So I requested a $2000 withdrawal on May 11th and still havent received the money. Apparently Captain Justin is too busy cutting down on the massive overlay to process my payout.

    Draftster Rep

    Good morning:

#1 We are a startup company — some WDs are taking longer to process for that reason but every single one has been, and will be paid.

#2 We have fresh capital invested in the company including my own. We have a multitude of new initiatives on the horizon that will separate Draftster from every other company in the space.

#3 I slammed no company, in fact admire FanDuel greatly as an industry leader.

#4 My comments about overlay; on open letter to this forum as a new officer of Draftster and what I am studying to make the company more efficient. Overlay in any one contest is not a big deal, overlay system wide can be a huge deal for a startup.

#5 Tie breakers — your comments have been put into motion, the tie breaker policy is being changed this week to better reflect industry standards.

    More to come.

#1 We are a startup company β€” some WDs are taking longer to process for that reason but every single one has been, and will be paid.

So what does this mean exactly? Draftster doesn’t have enough capital on hand to pay out in a timely manner? Draftster doesn’t have enough resources to pay out in a timely manner? Or its just not a priority?

Curious to see when WhiskeyTavon4 receives his money. 8 days and counting seems pretty ridiculous to me.

re: #1 Why are some WDs taking longer to process than others?

Why are your responses only coming a week apart? Are you taking time to look into these issues? Do you have other things going on and can’t address this thread on a daily basis?

Any more insight to why the questions posted here would go a long way to restoring the communities trust in your website.

I don’t really have a horse in this game, if my comments seem critical it’s because as a consumer I just want more viable options in the market. Hopefully you guys can eventually be one of those options.

Personally, I am always looking for a new website with a decent amount of games. Ive deposited 500+ on FantasyUp, FantasyAces, DraftDay, and Victiv in the past 6 months. Certainly not a lot, but enough to try them out and I will be going back to most/all of them for NFL season. In addition to putting in significantly more action on DK and FD.

I hope you turn things around, and it sounds like you guys got the funds to do that. I think the best first step is to respond more often on this thread and have more transparency, but that’s just my two cents.

too late! Why the hell would you ever have “who joined the contest first” as you last resort? The fact that that guy got three grand and I got ten fucking bucks is enough for me to never go back. If we chopped I would have got like $580

I still fail to understand why being a start up company is some kind of excuse for taking 8 days to pay out a measly 2 grand. It takes virtually every other site less than 48 hours.

  • jbs3312

I guess I am not the only one having problems with them either. Been 9 days for me and they stopped responding to my emails. Most awful experience I have ever had using these DFS sites. I don’t trust these fools at all now. All credibility has been lost in my opinion.

deep breath…..it looks like someone new has taken over the site and are correcting some of the stupid things about that site…

that being said it makes sense you wouldnt go back lol

I am never going back to this site for sure. Sticking with draftking an fanduel from now on.

Can anyone provide an update on this company? I am still waiting on a withdrawal and have issued a couple of support tickets with no success. Do I have any options at this point?

    Thanks in advance!

  • JSteele

They seem to be missing the boat on some of these contests. I asked them what they were planning on doing for the Open and they said a 5k contest. Ended up with the usual $500 GPP

I haven’t read this thread in a while so I apologize if someone said this to you already but I recommend sending a support email. most times they paid me out right after I did that.
