Are there any dfs sites that have contests where players can enter multiple lineups per entry fee? Like a $20 single entry game where each player submits 4 lineups?

I call this “Fair Multi Entry”, and have been talking about this for about a year

No site seems to want to click a few buttons behind the scenes to make it happen yet.

A $10 GPP where EVERYONE got 5 entries would be great

It’s a great idea. Fair entry is cool, but I like ‘Multi-lineup’ ;)

Would it take traffic away from the multi-entry contests?

DK has the 3-max contests where you get 3 entries, same idea if you look at the $3 3-max as a $9 single entry.

I typically just make 1 lineup per night and enter it into a couple of different GPPs. If there was a tourney like this, I might play and then use the other lineups in more GPPs, meaning I’d be playing more and the sites would make more $$$ off of me. I think it’s a great idea, both for the players and the websites.

This is exactly what I thought of when I read this post.

That’s not the same thing. In a multi-lineup contest, every player submits the same number of lineups. In a 3-max, some players have one lineup and other players have three.

That’s interesting. In addition to playing more, do you think you would move up in stakes if there more of these kinds of tournaments?

In the original example, you pay $20 and enter 4 lineups. You can’t pay $5 and enter one lineup.

I think we’re splitting hairs. I usually will play the 3 max contests but I just don’t see the need for both. Maybe someone can explain the reasoning or how it’d be more fair?

    The basic reasoning is:

A single entry, multi-lineup tournament would be the best of both worlds, combing elements from single entry and multi-entry into one.

The fairness comes from the reasoning:

A single entry contest is a level playing field.
