First off im not a schill. I signed up today and love the concept. If you are sick and tired of the BS lineup sharing and mass entering and team sharing give them a try. It actually takes skill to win not a bankoll. Hope they grow great concept

If you feel there is a clear #1 pick, you could enter many contests with a lower buy-in. For example in head-to-head, you could enter 10 contests and on average you will get the #1 pick 5 times.

    This.

There is no edge in drafting NFL in July. None.

And to the point of this post, there is no reason for releasing NFL salaries this early for week 1.

I did a 3-man draft where 6 QBs and 5 QBs were taken by the other teams. No edge, you’re right.

If you play Soccer then DRIBBLE is something similar where it is mostly 1 v 1 draft formats which is pretty interesting

    That’s us, thanks !

Jeremy Levine was the founder of StarStreet, which was a great product. He came up with another great product here in Draft. Quick and simple, hard to beat. The Dream Team format is also fun to play. Gives you the GPP feel without the salary caps.

Only thing left it to bring back the Pick 5. Great product, great developer!

I suppose it would be slate dependent in the MLB where most days it would work out fine. However the days where someone like Chris Sale is in an elite matchup and there is nothing but garbage on the remainder of the slate for pitching it would be nearly impossible to not win with the first pick which would make those type of slates unplayable. I wish for MLB they offered full 9 or 10 man teams vs. just 2 pitchers and 3 hitters to force you to use some lesser known players vs. everyone automatically getting 3 well known stud hitters.

I haven’t really found this to be true, pitching points can be overcome with the right hitters, but if there are slates where you want to make sure you draft the clear-cut ace, just play Dream Team contests.

You can also challenge an opponent to a ‘Round 2’ draft where you each pick 5 more players and can’t use any of the players that were picked in the first draft. This will allow you to do deeper drafts and get exposure to more players.

I would love to play in some best ball leagues on play draft but unfortunately I live in a state(Missouri) where I can play the lottery and go bankrupt doing so but can’t play a $10 best ball league.

Best part is I live one block from a state where it’s legal. It’s absurd

I have tried emailing Playdraft to see if they were going to match my first deposit. No answer

  • ertlt

I’ve emailed them 2 times in the last week. No response. Very frustrating when customer service is poor.

Housman, ertlt – that’s really troubling to hear. Sorry about that. Totally shouldn’t be the case. Can you guys DM me your emails or post your usernames. I will dig in to figure out why we haven’t replied to them. We did just change our customer support system so maybe they got lost some how. Either way, totally our fault. Sorry about this.

Figured it out. We switched to a new customer support system on Friday and it ended up breaking some email flows. Should have it fixed now. Really sorry about that. You should never not receive a quick reply from us.
