    FAN THROWDOWN-

Can someone from FTD or the MGT management group come into the forum to let players know what is going on with the site. There is no more live support option to chat with somebody when you need help and all the guaranteed games are gone. There is no action at all on the site.

I appreciate that Cal. But, unfortunately at least one your posters seems to be short MGT stock and has no appreciation of federal securities laws. I can’t be drawn into a pissing match with someone who has so little little respect for me, and who doesn’t even know me.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but making defamatory statements that are false is dangerous territory. I did not (and cannot) post here to speak about MGT stock, even to defend us against malicious comments made by others.

The only statement that should be germane to players on any of our sites is that player funds are held in a segregated account and will never be used in operations. And players can see our audited balance sheet. DraftStreet is owned by a public company now and that goes for them as well. We have no debt or pending judgements or other undisclosed contingencies. Your money is 100% safe. My board of directors, including me, do not want to go to jail for stealing your money.

(I will however clear up one possible misperception: in the patent litigation, MGT is the plaintiff and cannot “lose,” as in defendants collecting money from us. And as a non practicing entity, we are not subject to counter suits either. Lastly, the vast majority of legal costs are being borne by our contingency law firm.)

As I said, anyone is able to contact me with questions or concerns, or even just needs a urinal. I am happy to continue posting here as well, but I will not be able to engage in meaningful discussions on MGT stock, nor will I resort to making disparaging comment on other posters.

I am also curious if we can expect Incentives to also be made available for Draftday if we signed up for FanThrowDown/Buzzdraft/DailyJoust through RG? Or would FanThrowDown have to shut down completely before that possibility could happen?

    Go home, you’re drunk.

The primary thesis of Tippy’s work in this thread is to understand the company behind the product. The facts are the MGT has lost significant sums of money each of the past two years and is dependent on financial markets to raise additional capital to continue operations.

MGT’s cashflow statement over the past two years looks like an overview of how to raise funds:

Proceeds from issuance of: convertible note, preferred stock, common stock.
Also: Exercise of warrants, release of restricted cash, proceeds from modification of preferred warrants.

To Mr. Ladd’s point, I’m sure player funds are safe. The question, though, is whether this is a company with which you are comfortable doing business. Know the facts and judge for yourself.

Wow Robert, I must say I’m pretty shocked that you as the CEO of a publicly traded company would whine and cry defamation and then turn right around and imply something that you know to be blatantly false. You want to talk about dangerous territory?? You are in possession of your corporate shareholder list and if you would have diligently checked it you would know that I am not now, nor have I ever been short MGT stock. I’m also willing to provide my brokers name and number if you would like to check your facts with them. Your allegation that I am short MGT and that I’m somehow in violation of securities laws is incredibly irresponsible on your part. You are really going to cry defamation and then make these kind of false implications?? And from the CEO if a publicly traded company? This is what we as DFS players are dealing with from the leadership of MGT?? True colors. Definitely concerning.

As I told you in our last round of emails, if you feel something I’ve said is false or defamatory then by all means call me out on any specific issue. I notice you haven’t done that, but rather you falsely accused me of shorting your stock. Is this really a professional and proper response from the CEO of a publicly traded company?? Again, I ask you if you think anything I’ve posted is false, then call me out on it specifically and let’s get to the bottom of it. Simply falsely accusing me of shorting your stock as the basis of my posts just isn’t going to cut it.

I’ve set forth my opinion of MGT for others to review. I hope they do so and I hope others ask questions. I also hope others take notice of the false accusations and confrontational attitude you have presented. I was really hoping things could be debated openly, however it doesn’t seem that you want to do that and would rather just accuse me of being a short seller when you have no basis for this.

We certainly have a difference of opinion regarding MGT, but I’m certainly willing to let time reveal the truth. We’ll see who is right soon enough.

To address the topic of RG incentives – the two sites still have independent user bases, so incentives earned by using our referral links cannot be transferred from FTD to DD at this time.

In the case that they merge user bases then we will reevaluate the situation. This was the case with FTD absorbing DailyJoust, and we transferred incentives for those users.

If you have any other question about incentives, you can always email me directly at support@rotogrinders.com!

1.) My post was not about YOU, Tippy. Please re-read it.

(the following are general observations, again directed to no poster in particular):

2.) Short sellers cannot be identified by a company, nor by any market participants. None of the disclosure requirements of owning a stock (13D’s, 13G’s, 13F’s) need to be filed if one is short. Also there are no lists such as from DTCC or Broadridge that provide information.

3.) Posting and then editing that post only if “called out” is not my style. It’s a bit like changing your lineup when your pitcher gets pulled in the first inning!

Come on Robert, everyone knows exactly who you were referring to. Let’s not play games here and try to weasel your way out of your comments. If you are going to make malicious unfounded comments, at least be man enough to stand behind them. I’ve made my posts and I stand behind them, you could at least do the same.

But make no mistake, you were referring to someone as being a short seller, however in the next breath you state you have no way of knowing who short sellers are? You are going to admit that you don’t have the information or facts, but you are going to call someone a shortseller without those facts or information? Seems quite irresponsible.

I’ll offer you this Robert, if you have a problem with the facts in any of my posts, then point them out. You think statements I’ve made are false or malicious, then point them out and let’s break them down one by one here in a public forum where all DFS players can get the facts straight from the horses mouth. You good with that? You have seen my posts and I’d ask that you post the parts that you feel are defamatory or incorrect and I’d be glad to provide facts or documentation to back them up and we can discuss. You have my posts above, they are not edited in any way as you seem to imply, they are here for everyone to openly see. You have enough confidence in your position to do that?

Or are you simply going to cry shortseller every time someone brings up a negative fact about MGT? You owe DFS players a better response than that.

Look Robert, I’m not here to attack you, I’m simply trying to have an open discussion regarding your DFS site. That is what these boards are for. Like I stated previously, DFS players appreciate transparency and this is your chance to offer it and let everyone know what is going on with FTD and DD. It’s up to you though. If you don’t have enough confidence in your position to do this, then just say so and I’ll be glad to back off.
