My Fanduel account was hacked into last night and someone made a $2,000 w/d from my account. I have since changed my password and sent a support ticket with all of the transaction information.

Has anyone else ever had this happen to them and know how long it takes for Fanduel to put the funds back?

    Thank You

Did they also have your PayPal account info or did it go into a different PayPal account?

So I am far from a Tech guy I was JW does anyone know if people could be hacked into any easier using there phones with the location access enabled so they can use DK and FD apps? I just opened my location access last week to use the DK app. Well sure as shit Monday I logged into my paypal to make a depot and wouldn’t you know I was hacked into as well. Lucky for me PP is great and took like 15 mins to get all my $ straightened out and returned. Don’t mean to steal your thread here just figured my question may possibly relate to how you got hacked as well.

Check under your account settings and see if you cannot just cancel the withdrawal? It usually take some time to process so you may still be able to catch it. Keep on support as much as possible as well. Contact them through the site and email both.
    Good luck.

My paypal email is still shown on the withdrawal screen (i changed my paypal pw as well just in-case).

Fanduel support got back to me and said they were going to forward my case to their accounts team and a rep would get back to me.

I would think that a phone app could be hacked into just as easy as a regular computer..maybe even easier.

I just checked my account again and even though I’m still waiting for the accounts dept. to contact me I now see that the funds have already been returned.

So if the hacker initiated the $2k w/d, even if it goes through, it would be going to your paypal account right? Just wondering how the hacker is “#winning” here?

Fanduel got back to me and confirmed someone got my login information and made the w/d. They didn’t say to what email the funds were being sent, but they recommended that I change my paypal pw just in-case that person had access to that account as well.

Had that happen to me… They actually suspended my account and fixed the problem. Careful if you watch games through ATDHE as I know they sometimes have key loggers and gain access to your accounts through there. Fanduel is good with this so this shouldn’t be a problem.
