Hi there guys, I need some help. I have a situation, I won 1500 dollars on march 4, 2017. So I decided to withdraw it as quickly as i can because it’s the 1st time I won money since I started playing. So I put my information and for some reason I couldn’t verify my account. I was so excited, So my wife and I decided to put her identification instead. And that time it said it has been detected that she has multiple accounts. We’ve been playing and losing for 2 years now and we don’t get any problems in adding funds but that 1 time we won the jackpot they take it away from us. Any suggestions what should I do. I recommended fanduel to a lot of friends and relatives. We’re all pretty disappointed right now. Apreciate your help thanks

Never had the issue you are having so not much I can help you with But if you and your wife are/were using the same payment method then they would probably flag it as duplicate account. Also, from what i read in the forum before, they only do become a problem when you try to withdrawal. Chat with them talk to them, if it isn’t a duplicate account i’m sure you and Fanduel will work it out.

So in other words, you can keep losing money without verification, but once you win they actually pay attention? Nice biz model.

Contact their customer support and fully explain the situation and what happened. Their shouldn’t be any issue with two people playing from the same location on different accounts. The likely issue here is that you tried entering both sets of information for something that was won on your account. It makes it look like you’re one person using two accounts. That’s why it was likely flagged. Like I said contact their support and explain the situation and that you both play under separate accounts.

Just call up or email FD. I’ve never had any issues. They may need some personal info for Tax purposes. My first big win was also delayed to verify tax info. After that withdrawal is quick and easy.

Easy fix. Email Fanduel and they will respond very quickly. I’ve had maybe three or four questions for them over time and they respond within a couple hours and are very helpful in providing an answer. If you continue to have an issue, then perhaps you are being a naughty boy.
