    We appreciate your patience with us as our team is making some big improvements on how NJ and PA users can use their Sportsbook and FanDuel Fantasy accounts, and are excited to bring this to you soon! We are in the midst of syncing both your Sportsbook and Fantasy accounts, so we certainly appreciate your patience as our team continues to work diligently to get the site back up and running for you. We do apologize to anyone who doesn’t live in NJ or PA that is encountering a blocked account as well.

    Login will not be accessible during this update, and we’ll let you know as soon as you’re able to log in. We expect account access to be available later this afternoon.

    With that said, we understand how frustrating this can be and wanted to make it up to you. Users that are negatively affected by this outage will have their net losses (entry fees minus winnings) refunded. This covers any contest or slates which locked during the maintenance period. We will follow up with you once this credit has been made.

    Not good enough. FD should be showering us with bonus deposits and freerolls for dealing with their nonsense for the past 72 hours.

    I can view the site but not log in. Same thing for last 14 hours or so

    Yes. It’s called gross incompetence. Day one of the NBA playoffs isn’t the day to shut your site down for 16+ hours. Two days after your site fell to pieces isn’t the day to do this, either. The net loss guarantee misses the point. What users want is for FD not to do this. Not for FD to do this and say ‘whatever here’s your money back, you didn’t lose anything so it’s fine.” It’s not the end of the world in the grand scheme of things but it diminishes the overall customer experience and erodes confidence in the site’s ability to survive knowing that they just shut down their site whenever they want. Like others have said, every other site does maintenance in the middle of the night and also finished in the middle of the night.

    Can’t log into FD on app, mobile phone, or desktop. Am I the only one when this issue. Say site maintenance but it’s middle for the day. Trying to lock in MLB LU’s

    Dude, the maintenance started last night and has been going on for the past 17 hours. Clearly FD done screwed up considering they were originally estimating an 11:30 a.m. EDT restoration time. I have resigned myself to the fact that account access will still be blocked when the MLB main slate locks.

    It’s just one thing after another with these buffoons!

    This is so tilting, and no way they come back online until after lock and cancel all contests, otherwise they are opening themselves up to massive overlay.

    is there a rep from FD here? Their parent company has a lot of explaining to do – way too much $$ ion the line to have awful service and be a few weeks from NFL season and they have zero integrity

    I still cannot get into my account. I don’t know what to do as support will not respond.

    I am in NJ and have both a Sportsbook and Fantasy account. During quarantine, around April, I realized I was drinking a lot and gambling more than I should be. It wasn’t putting me in any financial difficulty I just really didn’t like where it was headed so I suspended my sportsbook account. Up until yesterday no issues with fantasy, as they were kept separate. With no warning from Fanduel I got the message my account was suspended when I tried to log in to my fantasy account, then got the message there were too many log in attempts. Tried resetting password and nothing, nothing from support, no way to contact anyone. I have several hundred in NFL entries I won via satellite.
