    Anyone having issues with fanduel

    I know many of you are sick of reading about Fanduel outages, “oh you should go play on DK, etc etc.” But, I want to make sure that everyone knows exactly what is going on for some of us.

    I signed up for 15 separate entries on NBA and MLB on Sunday Night. When I logged in on Monday morning, nothing worked. Everyone was pretty much in the same boat. Okay. We move on, we get refunded usually. That has not happened yet, but if it was just a refund problem, I would probably not be posting. This is so much worse than a refunding problem.

    My name was changed from Mets29Wright5 to Mets29Wright51. Not sure how that’s a thing. But, okay… No money in my account…okay… no FDP….okay….

    Then they posted about how we need to log in with our sportsbook account. Okay, I did that. Nothing changed.

    I have sent four separate e-mails with a very calm demeanor explaining what is going on. I am not sure what to do. As stupid as it sounds, I feel helpless and this shows you how dangerous it is to have a lot of money on these sites as they can easily just go dark, blame it on technical issues, and POOF, your money is gone. Does anyone have any suggestions beyond peppering them with twitter posts? I don’t know what else to do and I am at a loss.

    This happened to me too as far as changing my username by adding another 1 to it after the outage.

    I just signed out of the account with the additional 1 and signed back in with the right username and at least my money and existing entries (about 25 NFL entries from satellite wins) were back. Everything is normal today. So far.

    But I agree with you that I have no confidence in the site any longer and it’s clear that they can just take your money whenever they want and ignore you. It’s not like you can call and speak to an agent like if you have a problem with your cell phone or your bank. You are at their mercy. It’s terrible how they have gone so far down hill. think they just don’t care, which is really going to kill them in the long run

    So, I am not sure how you did that. Because, I cannot log in with anything but my “email address” not my user name. So I can’t user name it and just take the 1 out. It’s completely impossible for me…how did you do it?

    i can’t login with my username either just email address. I still haven’t been able to login and it says my account is suspended. I email them, no response. I tweet them- no response. I DM them on twitter- no response.
    Worst customer service ever. Once i do finally get in i am withdrawing all my money and taking it elsewhere.

    Fanduel and Sportsbook just crashed again. Hope its a short one this time. If you’re in it don’t log out!

    Looks like the mobile app is working, the desktop for both SB and Fantasy kick you out after maybe 15 min if you can even get in then you cant sign back in…

    I see that your Sportsbook account was brought onto our FanDuel core platform, however it was not combined with your Fantasy account. I have reached out to our Accounts Team in order to have this completed manually and will reach back out to you once that is complete. Please allow our team up to 72 hours to get this done.

    If you have any further questions in the meantime please don’t hesitate to reply here.

    Just tried to log in to play some PGA for the week and have all the issues others have noted.

    At the moment I’m actually more worried about personal information and what not than my actual FD account. I swore off them long ago because I was tired of their incompetence and the only reason I even have some cash in the site is because they gave the free $10 that I won money on.

    Look at the difference between DK and FD customer service. Nothing from FD, DK is on here everyday facing the fire. That should tell us something.

    I am now on day 4 waiting for an answer about satellite entries I have won into NFL contests since they are claiming my account is suspended, I have told them if I haven’t heard back by Monday I will be contacting NJ division of gaming enforcement.

    Hello anybody having a issue where fan duel is trying to merge your dfs account with their sports betting account. I have my dfs activity under a llc and i pre signed up for sports book under to receive a bonus. They wiped my dfs account under the llc instead of keeping the accounts segregated as they should since one is a game of skill. I cant see any of my dfs history at all now. I never made a sports bet deposit just pre signed up. How can they wipe my dfs information and not keep the accounts segregated?

    I went on twitter, flamed them for about 30 minutes, and then 30 minutes later my account was fixed.

    We have experienced worse. We had a llc for fantasy sports. They overwrote the account no balance and no history and placed it under my forst name. It seem they are overiding dfs accounts for sports gaming accounts. They should keep the dfs segregated from sportsbook/gaming especially in states like mine that only offer dfs. If my cash balance doesnt show up can you dispute deposits tour recent deposits?

    I’m not sure. But I’ve noticed weird things with the account too. You cannot deposit anymore. I’m guessing it would be hard to cash out because it said I could not use the same PayPal account which is crazy. So I think I’m done w Fanduel Period. They don’t answer me. They’re a mess. I’m not going to worry about it anymore.

My last one gave then till Tuesday 5pm or i will be disputing all deposits within the time period allowed. Root grinders and stl cards this needs to be addressed on xm Monday how this can happen to users who have been with fd for 5 plus years is beyond me. I don’t want ti involve the media and three letter agencies but im getting close. Would be nice to get some news on how widespread it is and whats causing this.
