    Hi all,

I have been playing on FanDuel since 2012. This year I received an email from them with a deposit offer. The offer was a bonus of:
    $20 on a deposit of $100
    $60 on a deposit of $200
    $120 on a deposit of $300
The bonus would be credited with 24 hours.

I made a $300 deposit and after 24 hours no bonus was added. I checked in their customer service the following day because it was still not there.

They asked me for this: “The offer you received via email, please reply back with a screenshot of the entire email showing that it came from us as well as showing that it was sent directly to your email.” I sent that to them.

Their reply was “After further review, we are not able to complete the bonus offer for your account as the offer was meant for another account under the same email address.

We reviewed that there were duplicate accounts under the same email address, unfortunately that is how you were able to receive that email.

Now that issue is fixed, you want to keep an eye out for other offers that will be available and eligible for you in the near future.”

There are a couple of concerns I have with their reply:
    1) They are not honoring an offer that was sent out and lead me to make a deposit.
    2) From a security standpoint, how is it possible to have a second account listed under my same email? How are they ensuring that transactions are kept separate, as well as disclosure and identities are being protected.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

You should probably request a supervisors phone contact. This sounds like a data leak.

Sounds Very FUNNY, Great question on how the same email is in two separate accounts.

I was told a supervisor would contact me yesterday. It still waiting on that.

I got the email and made the $300 deposit. And got the $120 within 24 hrs.

I have had one continuous account under the same email for many years.
Maybe you stopped and started. Maybe with different names or avatars.
    I don’t know.

how do they think there are 2 accounts under same email and not ban you….that is my question

I have always played using the same account, username, and email.

That is what I am curious about. That makes no sense at all.

I signed up solely because there was a $500 risk fee bet. I bet a pretty big underdog realizing I’m gonna get my money back in site credit. I after losing my bet I got the credit the next day. 3 days later I placed and won a $300 bet with the site credit. The next day my account was locked. I called numerous times and had to prove I was a real person. When my account became unlocked I had zero money and credits. They said I abused the system and that the promotion is only to be used once per household. My wife bet on the same game and WON. She received her winnings and cashed out. When her check never came in the mail she called customer service and they told her she wasn’t getting her money. They took her $500 deposit as well as her winnings.

Your post isn’t clear, but it sounds like you and your wife both signed up for a $500 free bet, took opposite sides of the same game, and are upset that FD didn’t allow you to free-roll them? A gripe about FD doesn’t seem relevant to the OP’s issue, especially if you tried to scam them and they caught you.
