    If there are any Fanduel Reps on here, I would appreciate a PM.

    I have been having trouble dealing with customer support. I dont want to put a full out rant on the boards, but would appreciate some feedback.

    I’ll be honest, the days of Fanduel and Draftking reps coming to the forums are pretty much gone. Your best bet is simply to continue to deal with their customer support.

    The smaller sites like FantasyDraft, Yahoo and Draft still reply to issues from time to time.

    Figured as much… apparently the days of them responding to customers is fading too… 24 hours after my emai, they replied and said they will look into it… another day later, recieved and email saying they ARE looking into it. Today, still no reply. Contemplating pulling out of Fanduel completely, and said as much in my email.

    Im not a high stakes player by any stretch. But would consider myself higher than casual.

    Put a deadline if you are not satisfied with their services. Why keep supporting any site if you feel they don’t, care about your business? It seems like only in dfs people put up with the b.s

    I feel your pain. I have had issues with DK as well. No support at all. Got the answer to my question by putting it on twitter. Had the correct answer within 2 minutes. Spent over an hour on DK chat trying to get my issue fixed.

    If you have not… please give either and/or both FANTASY DRAFT and YAHOO your support..they aren’t the biggest, but the more people believe in those sites and play@ them, the larger they will grow and that’s what I’m looking for as a GPP guy.
