However, there was a lag in displaying changes on the Upcoming page. You should now be able to view all lineups in your Live tab here – https://www.fanduel.com/live

    We’re currently working through a backlog of support requests and apologize for the delayed update. If you would like to request a refund for today’s contests, please reply back before 9:00 PM ET today (March 26th, 2016) and confirm.

    Please note that if you accept the refund option, this would be for ALL entries beginning between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM ET. In this scenario, FanDuel will assume your entry and provide you a full refund. Note, you will not receive the winnings even if a win shows in your account. Opponents in the standings will be unaffected.

    The site experienced a lag for some users for a limited time before game start. The site is now back up and running optimally for live scoring.

    Wow what if you dont check emails? Or didnt send a support ticket? Because you were too busy trying to make teams for an hour while the site bugged out. Unreal.

    Yeah they sent me that email and I just got it at 901 eastern I replied back I’ll be so pissed if they don’t refund me considering they sent it 7 minutes earlier

    Doesn’t this ultimately make more money for FD? Suppose I had 1 h2h game today, and I demanded a refund. Suppose I ultimately win. I won’t get my winnings (which is fair), but since my opponent is “unaffected”, he still loses. So if we both paid $2 to play a $2 h2h, I will get my refund, but because he lost, he’ll get $0 back, because he lost. FD keeps the remaining $2. Had the contest run as normal, one of us would recieve $3.80 and FD would keep the $0.20 cents.

    There will be people who ask for refunds who have contests that won, be it h2h or 50/50s or whatnot. So that response seems scummy.

    Really dumb. A terrible decision. They should honestly say at the end of the night and then let us know. It’s that big of an error.

    I think it’s a scuz decision by them personally just because it is their error.

    Also, I don’t know about anyone else but I have $30 missing from cancelled entries. Strange.

    Absurd way to handle this. Hopefully you understand what this was like from a user perspective. There are a lot of good customers here and I for one am insulted by your response.

    As far as the cancelled entries I think its insane. I play the same amount just about every night, tonight I could only play $19 because I wanted to cancel my late night and switch them to express slate somehow this money is missing. Kinda silly they cant find my missing entries. I cancelled $12 in late night and they no where to be found.

    Update I got mine refunded. I don’t feel like it was fair my prep time was taken away trying to make sure I could get my shill lineups out of all contests one by one. Very happy with the result regardless if I would have won or not.

    I got refunds from the lineups that I have that are live.but remember how when you canceled it didn’t let you and didn’t display it properly and give you back the money?I’m missing my buy ins from those.

    It does look like they’re working on it tho.I imagine there’s a whoooolllleee lot of people with problems and not enough fd employees

    im not one to complain about small $$ amounts, but this is RIDICULOUS

    I had six $2 entries into the early only Mega Slam qualifier, and Fanduel took my money for those, but as it stands now, I do not even see those contests (live or history, either way). So in other words, Fanduel took my money and didn’t play my lineups that I submitted for which I paid for from my account.

    they’re gonna refund all people who ask for a refund – nothing further.

    I just realized that the last 45 min before lock, I didn’t even know what I was editing, I see some lineups outta the money tonight that I was pretty sure I changed before lock.

    Freakin messy….fanduel needs to honor their mistake that’s for sure, I just don’t think they will go any further than the minimum.

    Didn’t get to check my emails till after games were over because I was working. Couldn’t edit my 60 lineups in the shot. All exactly the same Think I could get a refund on 59 on them?

    I was able to cancel some lineups but I haven’t been refunded yet….. I’ve noticed similar issues on their mobile platform usually within a minute b4 lock. I try to export a team and save….and it reverts back to the original team……

    I emailed them with my issue and had my money refunded within 20 mins. Not sure what else they could have done to help or other options that would have been available. I don’t say it often but i was happy with the service i got.
