    They used to reply within an hour but now I have heard nothing back from my last two requests over the last week. They always would refund the rake if I had identical lineups for a h2h. I’ve now lost $30 in rake for this reason and I get no response from them. Are they responding to anyone?

    I had a problem with a ticket. Asked a question. Got an answer 13 days later. It’s like they’re actively trying to be bad at customer service.

    It really is unbelievable to go from responding within minutes to just no response at all. There is no way money should be trusted within a company in which you have no means of communication.

    I’ve had two support tickets within the last week that have gone without a response, as well as a direct message via Twitter. I’ve played on both FD & DK since the beginning but will no longer deposit into FD

    I saw some cool commercials for Fanduel on TV last night. Maybe they fired all their customer service reps and put the savings into TV ads?

    I think FDs software is having massive problems with “Best Ball” leagues. I went to best ball lobby to look around & saw leagues filling up in only a few mins no matter the size or $$$ involved. I went in 25$ league to see player prices & ADP, mind you I never actually entered. Next day my account is missing 25$. Checked out transactions for my account & see 1st -25$ for best ball league I never entered. Next was +25$ as a correction & then finally another -25$. I filled out a “problem” ticket & sent. Received notification FD received & then it said they’re experiencing much higher support requests than usual & because of COVID it will be 3-5 days until I receive help. To me it looks like their Best Ball software went goofy & is entering people left & right, also NO MORE best ball drafts right now.

    Fd should have never deviated from Drafts platform after acquiring them. They could have easily ran both sites as separate entities. Drafts platform was seamless and very easy to use.

    I am really losing patience with FanDuel’s non-existent support. It’s bad enough that they have had numerous bugs/issues and failure to pay out promo bonuses, but the lack of support is inexcusable. I’m taking my business to DK…their support has been excellent throughout the pandemic.

    This. It has to be a software or development issue.

    I entered a few MLB snake drafts and it was all screwy. One or two went off smoothly but on the others it wouldn’t show me when it was my turn. I have 0 confidence in them. I love the snake draft format but won’t play until they get everything fixed.

    Actually, I’m having trouble getting anything out of DK support. That’s the reason I’m here today, but may as well comment on this thread also.

    I’ve sent in numerous tickets for the same issue and they keep being closed without even a response to me, other than the “how was your support experience?” email that I’ve now gotten umpteen times with no actual response or interaction with a support rep even happening. And now, I have made a rather large withdrawal of funds because of this, and it’s been “pending processing” for much longer than it usually takes so I am starting to get worried and also have lost all patience with them. So I have a large amount of my money in limbo, and literally nobody responding to me. I’m not happy.

    Interesting as I had a question yesterday and got an answer from DK’s support in about 2 hours. I have never waited over 24 hours for a response from DK. I use the message support center via the app and they are always very responsive in that.

    DK took about an hour to get back to me yesterday about my BestBall question.
    Are you using multiple email addresses, or is your email sending responses to spam ?

    I lost about 800 dollars when the site went down and I couldn’t change my lineup. I emailed them and got a generic response about how players will be paid back but it didn’t say if I would be paid back. While this was happening I got locked out of my account from to many failed log in attempts. I’ve tried to reset my password every day for 10 days straight and I never get sent a link to my email to be able to change it. It’s been almost 8 days now without a response and no way to log in. I have no hope of ever getting a refund and I will never play or support fanduel again after playing there for 6 years.

    Responses are very slow. Don’t give me that COVID BS as an excuse. There are plenty of people out of work right now. This is a matter of customer service being neglected.

    FD credited me bonus money on Sportsbook. I’m in a non-legal state. They have my info and would know that.

    Sent a ticket asking for a dfs credit instead, not expecting it of course. No response in a few days.

    The response time is one thing but crediting users who can’t even use it? Lol, get it together.

    still no response and it’s been several days now. It think I’ll just withdraw and redeposit on DK. FD is not staffed properly apparently in order to handle customer service inquiries. At least DK has live chat and a player advocate on this forum.

    Funny, I had the same issue. I received 2 credits in one week, one for $20 and one for $10, but also live in a restricted state. I tried doing the chat without ever being able to actually talk to anyone. I too then sent an email asking to instead have credited to DFS knowing damn well that ain’t happening. 2 days no response either other than the high volumes and slower reply time due to the rona.

    I assume if their product didn’t suck so bad as of late, response time would be normal. Flooded I’m sure but by their own doing. MLB crashed again as SF-SD was postponed so not able to make any swaps to SEA-ARI

    The ppd. announcement was after the game locked, so you wouldn’t have been able to swap anyway. DK users were equally screwed on that game.

    Have my account set to keep me logged in and mysteriously got kicked off last night. I requested a PW reset and am still waiting for the email to reset my PW from FD. I have winnings I can’t even get to

    I can’t get in today either. It was fine, then I logged in, then couldn’t, then could and blah blah blah it’s Saturday night before an NFL Sunday and I can’t log in. It continually blows my mind how their overall platform, and their customer service, has deteriorated over the past four months.
