    They used to reply within an hour but now I have heard nothing back from my last two requests over the last week. They always would refund the rake if I had identical lineups for a h2h. I’ve now lost $30 in rake for this reason and I get no response from them. Are they responding to anyone?

    Wow! That’s bad, I’ve got money on there to…….So is there a way to contact anybody from there company?

    Have you tried to get a refund when the site went down 3 weeks ago? I finally got there twitter support to reset my password and they didn’t refund any money when I finally got to log back in. When I messaged him back about how I couldn’t log in to set my lineup I’ve gotten ignore for the last 24 hours. Are they just hopping most people will forget? I haven’t heard of anyone being refunded.

    I am in the same boat. Won a pretty significant amount of money on FanDuel this past Sunday and things were fine at first. Winnings were put in my account Sunday night. Monday morning I submitted a withdrawal request (of a relatively small amount compared to how much I won). Monday evening, I was suddenly logged out of my account and couldn’t get back in. Account was locked for too many login attempts, so I tried to do a password reset but the email I got said they couldn’t provide me a password reset because of the “status” of my account, like it has been suspended or something. Of course I submitted a ticket to support but there hasn’t been a response. Anybody else had an experience like this shortly after winning a tournament and making a withdrawal?

    And now, they haven’t payed out yesterday’s contest on my side yet, even early MLB. My winnings are meager and will just stay in my account anyways, but still odd

    Was able to get into their extremely slow website today.
    Withdrew my $2.39 balance. We’ll see how this goes.

    Edit: Got it 2 days later.
