They have not responded to e-mails today

try the sportsbook that is where they all left to go to..dfs is just like a keno board for them now

  • yisman

yeah I tried e-mailing the sportsbook today

so far no answer there either.

As for the DFS end, there’s two options:

A)They are no longer paying CS agents.

B)They are paying but the agents are MIA and not doing their jobs.

Yeah with sportsbooks becoming legal in most states, by next year DFS will be finished.

I don’t follow that line of thinking.

For me, I would much prefer to enter contests against other players rather than bet against the Vegas sharps directly. Also, I prefer to build lineups of players rather than simply bet on teams.

I think that’s a bit of an overreaction.

I agree with this in that DFS is way more fun for me than sports betting. I like being able to play individual players and all of the in game scoring that occurs with doing that. Sports betting isn’t legal in my state but I have used the off shore sites and I don’t get the entertainment value of straight betting games so I find myself doing it far less as often.

I’m not sure where you’re getting this info. I’m sure there are many people like me that have zero interest in sports betting. I’ve never done and it and never will.

To me building and analyzing lineups is the fun part. I enjoy the challenge against other people not just placing a bet against the house.

There is zero reason to believe DFS is going anywhere. Both can easily survive in the same ecosystem.

That’s weird. To be as 100% clear as I could possibly be, we very much believe in DFS as a growth industry and we will continue to support it, and if anything, strengthen that support.

Not sure why there was no CS response; I’ll go look into that and apologize for the bad look. In the meantime, if anyone ever has a product question or wants to fast track something, email me directly: nik.bonaddio@fanduel.com.
