Bunda’s “screwed” because he put his Monday night player in a RB slot instead of the FLEX. He has $5,000 in salary left so his only choice is to go with Gore or a backup RB.

Smizz can go Gore and maintain or Crabtree (who is cheaper) or some other backup because his guy is in the FLEX.

It wasn’t possible for bunda to do this anyway.

Jlowery has one of the most interesting decision. He has a WR & TE left and sitting about 40 points back. You could go off the board to possibly get up for the million or safe and look for the nice cash.

that is a tough spot 40 points back with 2 spots. I’d probably go Vernon Davis and then some kind of ATL receiver Douglas/Roddy and hope each of my guys scored two TDs.

Vernon/Crabtree seems like the safest combo to move up some spots but unless you think Kaep has 4 passing TDs in him and they get equally split I think an ATL receiver has more upside.

I think what Jlowery really needs to hope for is a 3 TD day from Vernon and Crabtree/Gore to stay quiet.

Congratulations to Bundafever for becoming the first ever DraftKings Fantasy Millionaire. Watching him go through the ups and downs of last night’s game was some of the best reality television I have ever seen. He is a great DFS player and this victory is so well-deserved. I couldn’t be happier for him.

I also want to congratulate Al Smizzle, who had an unbelievable run, not just in this contest but throughout the year. Al won major events in all three of the top daily fantasy sports (NFL, MLB, and NBA) in 2013, proving he is truly a versatile and dominant figure in the game. He is also one of the classiest people I have ever met and one of the greatest ambassadors for DFS out there.

I had so much fun watching the Monday Night Football game last night. The sweat was incredible, and I can’t even imagine what those guys must have been feeling. Despite that, they got together for the MNF game, and I can’t thank them enough for that. It made for an amazing viewing experience for all of us.

I also want to thank Rotogrinders for working with us to cover the final night of the DraftKings Fantasy Millionaire. Dan and Duckie did a fantastic job highlighting the key moments of the game and conveying the energy in the room as the top two finishers watched their game go down to the wire.

Lastly, I wanted to wish everyone in the Grinders community happy holidays! Fantasy sports has always been a very social game, and the camaraderie among all of you is truly special.

    - Jason

Here is a great video summation of last night. Congrats to both James & Al.

Sorry Al, but someone needs to make a GIF of the 1 minute mark to the 1:10 mark. That is amazing

Another fantastic event. The Grinders Live coverage was top notch once again. Begging the question. When will we start getting nightly shows while the games are on? Duckie after Dark does have a solid ring to it.

Give it a year and Grinders will have its own studio in LA.

Congrats to Al. Before last night i don’t think i have ever felt bad for a guy that just won a crap load of cash. Thanks for all the great things you do around here for the DFS community.
