    Grinders,
As members of the DFS community committed to doing things the right way, we feel that we need to do our part to protect the lifeblood of the industry, you the players. So, we have decided to get involved. Today we have entered into an agreement with the FantasyAces bankruptcy trustee to obtain player account and balance information in order to help reimbursing missing player funds.

Through this agreement, we have committed to reimburse Fantasy Aces players up to $1,000 cash to cover missing account balances, this makes 99.6% of the players whole. In addition, to help those with larger balances we are also going to offer the following:

    • Players with a Fantasy Aces cash account balance between $1,000 – $5,000:
      • We will provide $1,000 Cash + Remaining balance in FantasyCash up to $4,000 ($5,000 total)
    • Players with a Fantasy Aces cash balance >$5,000:
      • We will provide $1,000 Cash + $4,000 FantasyCash + a Pending Bonus for the remainder of your balance
      • Pending Bonus is earned at a rate of 4% for each $1 in entry fees paid in USD, and is paid as FantasyCash

Upon court approval, we will provide additional detail on how you can claim your funds on FantasyDraft.

I want to reiterate that FantasyDraft is committed to being a responsible citizen of the DFS community. That means we do things the right way, and your funds will ALWAYS be segregated and protected. We are licensed or registered in all states that have passed DFS regulation and are compliant in each. When we say that We Put Players First, we mean it.

I have seen a lot of questions about taxes and account balance information. As part of the agreement Fantasy Aces is required to provide support to player that may have questions about their accounts. This would go into affect if the deal is approved by the court on Monday.

If you question you should email Fantasy Aces directly at support@fantasyaces.com.

Hey can one of you guys PM me the list of Players and the money left in the account. I cannot find the document. Thank you

I’m not comfortable sending a full list of users and related balances, but if you provide me with your screen name on Fantasy Aces, I can send tell you the balance that is being reported in the documents. Just send me a PM.

They’ve taken the 742 page document down, ehh? I’m glad that I also saved the pdf on my pc.

Looks like they fixed the link now luckily.

yeah, make sure you’re looking at the “Notice of Filing Redacted Exhibit A” document, not the main “Motion” document. if you got the email, it’s the second of the two links in item 2 (the last sentence/link of that item).

my balance is slightly under what i expected, but i have to say that i wasn’t keeping precise track of it. it’s within the noise of my memory from back then…

Can’t find my own balance, but came across maxdalury’s 99 cent balance lol

My balance showing is correct, but I never received $2000 that I attempted to withdrawal in December. What should I do?

Jesus what is with this type of ignorant comment? Are you that dumb? Do you realize that one good night can be significantly more than $2000? But yea, don’t leave it in your account and sure as hell don’t try to withdraw it or you may lose it!

    God that’s a dumb comment.

According to the motion, FantasyAces had 30,900 players of which roughly 30,760 players had less than $1,000 on the site. It’s pretty obvious that everyone knows not to leave a significant balance. The problem in this case was that Aces was slow paying withdrawals which left many players with a larger balance than they wanted.

I agree with quoted post, let’s stop lecturing people about leaving a large balance. They know.

With a name like bobo would you except anything less?

Unfortunately I did leave that much money in my account….. and had attempted to withdrawal a good portion of it in December 2016 which I never did receive, and now it is not being shown on my total on that list we got via email . Any other grinders find their pending withdrawals not being added to the total balance of our accounts shown in ‘Exhibit a’?

I had a pending withdrawal, and it is included in Exhibit A. I requested my w/d on January 25th, and received email confirmation from Fantasy Aces with the amount and transaction ID.

Did you receive a confirmation on your request? Maybe you can validate the amount using that?

This is exactly my situation, too. I had a pending withdrawal and so I wasn’t listed in the original petition, but I was listed in the recently released one.

Hopefully a lawyer has to read out all of those account balances out loud in court.

Here is the latest update on timing.

The bankruptcy court hearing is set for Monday afternoon (2/27) at 2:30 PT. Assuming the offer we have made is approved we should receive the player information late Monday or sometime Tuesday. As long as we receive the information in that time frame, I see no reason why we wouldn’t, we will be sending an email with instructions on how to redeem our offer. The process is going to be automated and you will need to verify your identity to claim the funds. It should be pretty seamless and in most cases immediate so there is a good chance you will be able to play Tuesday!

    Again, we appreciate your patience!

Great news, the deal was approved without issues!

If all goes as planned for receipt of the data from the trustee you will receive an email from us tomorrow to claim your funds.

As I said before, the claims process is automated so it will be a quick and easy process. We are excited about the future and welcoming the new Aces users!

Keep an eye out for the email tomorrow and I will also post an update here.
