Star studded field, strongest outside of the majors and the players. Decent contests, but DK could have gone a little bigger considering the field.

COURSE: Riviera Country Club, 7,322 yards, par 71. From the days when Douglas Fairbanks and Charlie Chaplin graced its fairways, Riviera has commanded its own star power since first opening its doors in 1927. Designer George Thomas pored over 15 possible layouts before settling on one that now features some of the TOUR’s most iconic holes. The par-3 sixth is famed for its bunker in the middle of the green, and No.10 is widely considered the best drivable par-4 in golf. The Los Angeles Open first arrived in 1929, and Ben Hogan’s three wins in an 18-month span – two L.A. Opens and the 1948 U.S. Open – earned Riviera the nickname “Hogan’s Alley.” This summer, the U.S. Amateur arrives for the first time.

Last years winner: Bubba Watson -14

Cut last year was even par.

    Net profit $1646. Good week
35/50 LU cashed. Best in the birdie was 328th. 5th in the Driving Range covered a lot of my winnings.

Tons of water next week right?

    Bear Trap 15-17

Lots of balls get rinsed there – I remember Poulter rinsing 4 in a 9 hole stretch a couple years ago

Looks like some people had some great cashes this week, nice job grinders. Those are some solid wins!

    Nice job guys.

Makes me feel like I need more than about $50 in play each week. I seem to be doing ok. Of course, once I go outside my range, I likely have a bad week.

I’m sure Poulter handled that calmly.

Man, didn’t roster Laird at all, and didn’t follow anyone except my guys today… Damn that hurts seeing Laird do so well this week for that price and Bubba with 15 freaking points. I seem to consistently be all over someone one week early.

Congratulations to all winners. Just wondering if you played mostly AM/PM players? Thanks

Sounds like you are enjoying the DK pricing :)

For GPP I don’t mind it

For cash it sucks, if I want to bet 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 then I might as well just bet the matchups online for 5-10% juice versus 9-15% rake

I’m really glad we are on to the Florida swing (don’t know about the Mexico WGC event though). Horrible start of year, this was a nice week to book a win and feel a little confidence moving forward.

I played around 90% AM/PM players. Had a couple of contrarian lus with the likes of Day, Molinari, and Mats in the Hybrid that to be honest, I didn’t have high hopes for when I made them because I really believed in the DJ, Rose, Casey , etc core.

That has always been my opinion. At least betting on sportsbook everything but the outcome is known. betting DFS H2H, You dont have a clue what your betting against.

Thanks Guys. I only played 70%. Thus being a coward to play 90% cost me. That 30% killed a lot of good lineups

Well done today – I managed to get to within $16 of Even which is a bonus given I was 0/14 with 6/6

Damn Moore and Harman were my big misfires otherwise lots of DJ, Rose, Haas, Kuchar, Donald – woulda coulda been a huge day if I got Moore through. Had almost 500 points in a 5/6 with Moore.

  • bluesunday1287

505 with Finau missed cut. 41.89 won on my measly 13.00 spent this week

  • viperpuppy

Ha somehow got more than half my money back on a 5/6 and a 4/6. So many bad beats this week

$12 Dollar win for my only $3 entry.. 549/32000 in the 100k birdie. Phil/Sergio/Rose/Scott/Pieters/JB was my squad

  • Dewoc19

8/11 lineups cashed. Bet $33 and won $46, profit $13…. only had 2 lineups with DJ, had 40% Mats. Core of Scott/Rose/Stanley was working out nicely the first day and a half but they all fine is he’d like shit except Rose

  • staywoke

Thanks to most of you for solid advice. Spent $100 and won $289. Quit playing cash games weeks ago, stick with max 3 entry and single entry GPPs.

Feel like the Honda is going to be very tough.

5x entries won with only 1 LU. Had 20x most of the day. Tough beats at the end, but I’ll take a profit any day. On to next week.
