Looks like Golden State is out of sorts with Durant, who is the most dominant player on the court.

Who’s going to flourish under Golden State now on a daily basis?

  • sjm26b

Durant isnt the problem. They miss Bogut and Festus a lot. No rim protector.

  • rebkell

I wonder if they will make a move or some moves before the season is over?

  • KindGuy

Durant isn’t the issue. They have no rim protection and reliable rebounders. Bogut was taken for granted. Zaza just isnt the same. Maybe they’ll have to start featuring McAdoo, Looney, JaVale, etc. but Bogut was perfect with his crisp passing and toughness. They got killed on the glass today.

No bench, and Klay was not present tonight…

  • deactivated146213

Stephen Curry may be passed his prime in shooting!

  • petesdynasty

Yeah, lets just overreact from game 1 out of 82.

I’m sure there are no other super teams ever that struggled initially in trying to share the ball eyeroll

  • dpadilla

They couldn’t even beat the spurs? Blow it up, they’re done

  • Loveyduvey50

People were saying the same things about Cleveland last year also.

so much this. One game against the best defender in the world and best coach in the world. lmao

  • rebkell

I normally feel the same way, but they did get their butt handed to them, basically from start to finish. I do think they might need to tweak a bit in the middle. Javale and Zaza might not be a recipe for success. I would love to see McGee click.

  • KindGuy

No one is saying the Warriors suck. But it’s clear that they struggled to rebound the ball which really isn’t something that changes as a team gets more comfortable with each other. They might struggle against bigger front courts this year without Bogut, Ezeli and even Speights. Aldridge was FEASTING.

  • mellofellowsu

They’ll underperform until after the ASB, then people will see how deadly this team can be offensively.

And there is the correct answer. From a fantasy standpoint, Aldridge was the easiest stack of the night.

  • Jhelms10

ive said it from the start, they have no bench at all. the warrior teams the last 2 years have been 9-10 deep. they have 6 this year maybe 7 but thats it. starters are gonna have to go off every night to win

  • CUTiger81

Good grief y’all….they’ve played 1 game against the 2nd best team in the West. This team will evolve as the year goes on.

    Stack with whom?

    Stack with whom?

I stacked him with Draymond/Kawhi and Courtney Lee with a high exposure to Trey Lyles. Even with Lyles and Lee not doing crap, I still made a nice profit when I was expecting to lose it all.

    Draymond/Kawhi

    How is that a stack?

Had Draymond, Kawhi, Aldridge and Lee at 100%. Wasn’t referring to stacking a team. “Stacking” has become more of a generalized fantasy term, at least in my mind, as full exposure to multiple players.

  • JustDFSin

The warriors needed somebody like dedmon oquinn or biyombo. Maybe Shaq’s main man J. McGee can help

  • deactivated146213

Warriors in trouble when Tim Frazier lighting them up.

  • BigCombat

Trade away KLay for a big

  • KindGuy

Honestly, they should have never changed anything in the first place besides Barnes who’s replaceable anyways.

I feel like both the Warriors and Thunder got worse but only time will tell.

There is maybe 3 bigs in the entire NBA I would swap Klay for and they aren’t getting Brow, Boogie or KAT so yeah no thanks.

The Warriors will be fine, people forget how good the Heat were with the big 3, and they started terrible. They began their first season 9-8, the NBA season is so long, games mean nothing until April.

You are too funny and I hope your not serious…..I can think of 20 other players that I would rather have than Klay “introvert” Thompson. Golden State has imploded, they can barely beat NO at home.

Curry is not the same, Draymond is not the same….

I would be worried as a Warrior fan…
