Just wanted to point out the major player for DFS Bill in NY had an update today, seems very positive

it was my in paypal account within two business days

And in case anyone thought it was an exaggeration, here’s where our head public servant and favorite bill signer is hanging out; how wacky!!! trick candles – that old gag chuckle chuckle:

Someone needs to do a projected daily loss of revenue for DK and FD and also how much NY is losing every day the bill sits unsigned.

Lol and now we get the FD warning e-mail that it’s not over yet and to still be proactive with Cuomo. The never ending battle continues…

I’m not paranoid at all cause I live in a legal dfs state already and not New York. That said I know how important New York is to the dfs Eco system.

This is an unusual,unexpected email push.
After bill was passed,it was never mentioned to contact Cuomo,until now….
I am sure FD management is getting a little antsy and expected Cuomo to already have signed the bill.
Everyone is on pins and needles and rightfully so..

This was passed overwhelmingly so if vetoed what happens next? Can it be overridden with another greater percentage vote? Anyone know?

I thought Cuomo was on board with DFS? Is something really going on or is it just the normal timing with the 4th of July thrown in, the email thing seems a bit puzzling though. NY was a major shot in the arm for DFS.

It seems like this is more of a push to get this done in a timely manner

Doubt he had time for things like signing bills when there were trick birthday candles to order; probably gonna have to temper expectations while he spends the rest of this week shopping for hand buzzers and fake doody.

And really big whoopie cushions, those are the best.

Lets hope Cuomo is not sitting on a whoopie cushion when bill hits his desk.
We dont want him accidentaly vetoing the bill due to fake fart noises….

Cuomo doesn’t play daily fantasy and is no rush to sign it. It will get signed in time for football. Whether we get a few weeks of baseball is a different matter.

That’s on or before July 30th to avoid litigation other than the false advertising claims by the AG,which can still be in effect if AG decides to pursue this..
Cuomo will sign this before July 30th im pretty confident.
