Not recently but I do know they are one of the best and most trusted sites around. Blinders is usually very attentive to users there. Try writing them through support of even just email Blinders here at RG.
If you are having an issue I am sure its just a mistake and they will correct it pronto.

Yes I just made a successful cashout about 2 weeks ago. Be patient with them. It takes them 1-3 business days and a lot of the time they will use the whole 3 days. I just made a request on the 3rd and haven’t received anything yet, but that’s probably because it was a holiday and nobody was there to process the cashout. FSL is definitely not the fastest when it comes to cashouts, but they are super reliable and I never had a problem with them that blinders didn’t solve.

    Thanks PT

I also forgot to mention that they do cashouts every 48hrs at FSL so that may be the issue as well.
They were one of the first sites in the daily community and are still going strong so they must be doing something right. Your money is safe and you will get paid for sure.

Well that was odd. So I just received my withdrawl, but instead of paying me the full amount requested, they refunded back what i put in. I’ve played with most every other site before, and never have they refunded payments back. Refunding makes it sound like i didn’t play/use their site. I played, won, and withdrew. Seems fishy to me

There’s nothing fishy about it. It’s a cost saving measure. By refunding the deposit amount first, I think they get around some of interchange fees charged by credit card networks.

I’m guessing your deposit, play, withdrawal was all done in a span of 30 days or less. They did the same thing when I tried out the site last year.

But i’ve put money in DD in the morning, won a day game only, withdrew that night, and got cash in my paypal, not a withdrawl.

I agree it’s different than the norm, but I don’t see anything wrong with it.

As an aside, if you are depositing and withdrawing that often, you are probably going to trip the $20,000 and 200 transaction annual 1099-K reporting thresholds which is going to greatly complicate your income tax reporting.

Refunding recent deposits is pretty standard operating procedure for online and retail fraud protection, and is the way we have always done things with few exceptions. I can’t speak for the other sites. Technically, when you make a withdrawal you are asking for your prepaid fantasy services to be returned to you. When you make a deposit you are buying prepaid fantasy services. You are really asking for a refund if you want your deposit back within the refund period, even if you churned through several leagues.

Anyway, sorry for the confusion on our cashout timing. This time of year it is typically Mon and Thu, and you can get same day, or next day if you plan around that.

That makes sense. I wish i had known before i made the request, otherwise i would have left the money in. I only withdrew because when i went on wednesday morning to get a team, no games were live. They had taken them all down because the first game started, so i was hoping to transfer the money to another site to get a game in. oh well.
