    Nice finish Chappell. Freakin A

1st in the 75k and $25k, too bad it was with around 40-50 other guys. I’ll take it tho! Wish Molinari don’t blow it. The other lineup I had could have banked me way more and was first for a good part of the day.

50 guys tie for 1st in the $75K Fore
    😂
….and that’s why you don’t play small field and no cut events – even when you have the nuts, so do 49 others.

Nice lineup(s) Roma, you nailed the top 6; too bad they did even pay $500

Eh well if he submitted it like in every contest (Fore, Dogleg, Best Ball, the other Fore, etc.) or any single entry contest/restricted max entries contest (Albatross or higher stake ones), it’s still pretty good. The problem with the Fore is that it’s got a huge max entry limit and a ton of players.

The optimal team was Fowler, Hoffman, Spieth, Mats, Fleetwood and Rose (slightly over Reed)? Looking through the player’s DK points, I think that was optimal, but correct me if I’m wrong. Had it been the Reed combo, you definitely could have had a unique team. The problem is that it’s the Rose one, and it left exactly 100 dollars left over so there’s bound to be some dupes unless you enter it into single entry/higher stakes. If it’s the Reed combo, it’s harder to get that team, but it’s possible if you left like 1k+ in salary. Rose just beat Reed in FPs, so that’s why you see so many dupes since the optimal team left 100 dollars on the table. Had it been the Reed one (or the Molinari over Fleetwood one), you see way fewer dupes because it left more salary on the table.

If you want to go -EV, you leave more salary, but it also increases the chances of a non-dupe. It just happens the optimal team this tournament only left 100 left over, so there will be a lot of dupes.

I went to this when it was in Orlando…45 minutes away it was great fun. Tiger threw up on the course…Hang over. I was a motorcycle dealer for 21 years and sold my store in 2006. I show up at Isleworth and had know idea Hero is the largest manufacture of motorcycles in the world!? of course everything they make is 50cc and sold in 3rd and fourth world countries.

Was hoping it’s in Bahamas again next year.

Yea, I’ve never even heard of Hero motorcycles, but looks like they’re bringing to the US soon.

Great job! Enetered $30 and got back $172, almost 6x. One team in the $4 and $3 and both finished 78th and one of my $1 teams finished 14th. Can’t wait for the TOC in January.

I had a roller coaster week. I got obliterated in the full 4 day contests. I invested $600 and won back maybe $50. Obliterated.

I tried a new strategy for the weekend contests.
I invested $500 on just one team for the weekend contests. I wanted to avoid the high probability of severe duplication issues altogether.
I did not mass enter any of the large(ish) GPP’s and went 98% on cash games and a few smaller sized GPP’s.
    2 higher $ contests were a 4 man $109 & 11 man $100 that won a combined $500. I won another $500 in the other cash games.
    I won 30/33 H2H’s & 110/145 in other Double/Trip Ups & 3-5-10-20 man cash games.
I ended up losing $50 this week & feel very lucky to make up most of the colossal loss’s that occurred in the first contests.
I know this is peanuts for a lot of players. I just found it an interesting tale of two stories.

Conrats to all the players that feel that their strategies produced positive results.
You do not need to have outright wins to be proud and enjoy the outcomes that came from the effort you put in assembling your teams.

Anyone know why it’s taking forever? I wanna play Sunday Night.

I asked them and they said they are verifying all the stats lol. It takes like 5 mins to do that I just did it and all stats are correct. I lost money but I put more into the NFL regular slate and NBA so I need whatever I made back (like 50%) in golf to submit into NFL.

It is. I had Spieth (and Fowler) over him in the regular 4 day but for the weekend, I thought he would mean revert, so I had him for the weekend. He barely made any birdies on the par 5s.

Congrats all, and that meaningless Alshon catch and Agoholor’s monster game allowed me to miraculously break even this weekend

Ain’t even mad at Adam Scott

    On to next week

Finally took down the big $4 Euro tourney, took first and fourth along with a handful of other high finishes. Had 50% Adam Scott (yikes) that brought my 6/6 from 17/20 down to 8/20 but hit with the rest of my core around Cam, Leishman, Varner, Dodt, Herbert, Smyth, Scrivner and Crocker. Think I had 25% Zunic which ended up doing it for me.

You and I were battling all Sunday going back and forth at the top.

Then once Zunic was second I was bounced from 2nd to 3rd.

    Nice win though mate.

I have a question about that… Showing Fowler with 1 Bir+3 and he birdied the first 7 holes. I did notice he had 2 Bir+3 on the large scoring, I didnt play the weekend… Thus, I guess you dont get 2 each Bir+3 with 7 birdies in a row ? Limit 1 ? Anyone…
