    I haven’t tried the last few days. But a week ago I needed it. Seemed to be gone, but one day it was there again. And Will D. solved my issue. The live chat support is one of the best things they have, but I guess it’s not up every day anymore. Just check until the option opens up, I guess?

    DraftKings offers chat support on a first come, first serve basis during key hours when the chat queue is not excessive.

    Throughout the years, we’ve found that email is the most efficient service platform that allows us to provide players with accurate, precise, and accountable responses in the majority of situations.
