    When I try to enter a contest I get an error stating that my IP is in an area where DFS is illegal. I live in Colorado, did I miss something?

    Improvement for entry fee selection:

    1) Make slider more precise (ability to easily select amounts rather than current slider)
    or
    2) Change slider to drop down box with ranges of entry fees (similar to other DFS sites)

    Mobile site is not as responsive as it should be. Also noticed a lack of dollar NFL competitions this week. Why was that?

    Appreciate the feedback! Agree, there are aspects of the site that are missing on mobile. This is on our to-do list and I’ll move it up so it’s a higher priority.

    I’ll add $1 contests for week 12. : )

    Really liking the site so far. Couple of things I would like to see…

    —GM mode for College football and college basketball
    —lower limits for the multi-entry (already been mentioned)

    I notice this week you dropped the Guarantees for the Spike (down to $20K) and Touchdown (way down to $40K). I don’t mind the Spike so much as that buy-in is pretty high and I’m hoping you move that $10K into lower buy-in events. However, dropping $30K from your premiere event, the Touchdown, is troublesome for me. I understand overlay for a new site is unsustainable so hopefully there’s a plan in place to appease GPP players.

    Also I see a $4,000 GM Mode for Thanksgiving Day but nothing for Fan Mode?

    You theoretically offer late swap, which is nice for a sport like NBA where there are a lot of late scratches. And this works fine for fan mode, but in GM mode it’s sort of a mess.

    I went to swap Kevin Durant in last night when the news game out that he was playing, but I couldn’t swap him into one of my UTIL spots. Once the contest starts, if I want to replace a PF I had in a UTIL spot, I can only replace him with a PF… that doesn’t make sense.

    Also, there’s no option to do a 2 for 2 swap to balance salary, so the late swap is really weak in GM mode.

    Not sure if I have a filter clicked or not but I don’t understand why you can only see the top 100 entries. I’m just out of the money and have no idea whether I have a chance to cash or not!!!! On the other side if you’re in the top 100 you have no idea if someone is going to knock you out of a cash.

    I signed up a month ago during your special offer promotions for new depositors. I like draftpot but two things that I am a little confused about are:

    1) The deposit bonus…is there a place to see how much has been credited back to my account or if I even got the deposit bonus. On draftkings, fanduel, and fantasy hub there is a place on “my account” that states what my pending bonus is. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place??

    2) Not draftpot’s fault but if even though I used the grinders promo code I never got the incentives from Rotogrinders for Draftpot. I was hoping the incentives could improve my winning chances.

    Click on the deposit funds link, and it will show how much is left to be paid out.

    Sidebar: Reorganize, get rid of the key. While the key is useful, other things really are of more importance that you need to scroll down for. I would prioritize the entry range and filters over the key. Maybe move the key to the footer. Also agree with others, the entry range slide bar needs to be tightened up if not changed to a dropdown.

    Color scheme: While not unbearable, not much contrast so the white and grays do become a bit overwhelming in terms of the information on the pages.

    Customer support: Already have contacted customer support in chat and both times they have come up short.

    -First time was regarding NY Deposits, Chat support told me NY Deposits not accepted at this time, when in actuality it was only credit deposits, paypal was good

    -Also had an issue not being able to put a paypal payment through, and my screen was at a standstill. Customer support said it was most likely something with my paypal account. Found out on my own it was a popup issue with my browser. Just seemed like support was not familiar with the process/screens to go through to make a deposit.

    Other than this, i really like the site thus far.

    I know its a small slate with only 2 games, i would still think there should be a few contests.

    We reorganized the side bar (moved the filters to the top, etc.) and we’re currently testing it on our dev server. Hopeful to have this live shortly.

    Fixing the entry fee range filter is high on our to-do list.

    What’s your username? We don’t like hearing that your customer service experience was anything short of spectacular. I’ll look into this for you.

    1. As tvsfrink alluded to, click the red arrow button on the top right of the page, and then click deposit—you’ll see your pending bonus. We need to make this more intuitive. : )

    Orry54, Not that customer support was rude or wasnt trying to neccasarily helpful. Just didnt seem fully knowledgable. Thanks Eric
