Are incentives site specific (ex: Only incentives for DK, not FD, DS and the others) if I buy from here?

Yes….they are site specific & sports specific if you purchase. If you sign up to a site through the RG links you get access to incentives on all sports for that site.

    Gotcha. Thanks.

Too bad…was already on FD and DK before I found RG.

Try them for one of the other sites and see if they’d be beneficial enough to pay for FD and DK.

By they, do you mean RG or one of the other sites?

I already paid for DK incentives by just buying it (worth it!!!). Was just hoping it was for all sports on DK and FD.

  • buck1097

I agree. SIgned up last week and was already on FD and DK therefore could not get the free incentives. The info I got was very beneficial last week. I just wish rotogrinders had a package that included all sites. I would definitely be interested in paying for that type of package.

how long do you get the incentives? for a year?

  • donkshow

RG should definitely consider site-wide and/or sport-wide packages. For example, buying incentives for all sports on DK for a calender year, or buying NFL incentives across all sites for the season. I’m sure some would buy that if there was some sort of discount for package.

I guess I’d most like to see a buy-all type deal…Or, at least some kind of scale around adding incentives to your existing incentives package. This may be more of a technical hurdle than anything else though…would take some programming to get done.

It’s currently indefinite but we may move it to a year.

I have been trying to get info from support but they don’t reply. I hope that is just an anomaly as the price for incentives are probably the highest around if you didn’t get it free by signing up through RG. My question to support was a simple one so perhaps someone in this thread could answer. Is the 7 day trial only available for one sport on one site or can you get a trial for both NFL and NBA on Draftkings?

I would like this info before signing up for the free trial so I can make a decision on which one I want to try out. Also, what are the benefits for each?

I hope this is not such a difficult question to answer. I am just a stupid professional poker player who has been trying out DFS for a short period of time and have made a smallish amount ($300ish) so far. Seems like people who have signed up through RG incentives DK have lucked out bc they have access to all sports for an extended period of time. Everyone else who is interested is treated like they are worthless by support and don’t even get a reply.

Is there another way of contacting the sites owner other than support@rotogrinders.com? Is it common to get ignored when asking a simple question?

I apologize for attempting to becoming a paying customer. You do offer a lot of free stuff of considerable value.

@AxeGrinders, the free trial is available once per sport per year, so you can try both the NFL and the NBA free trials.

I see your support question sitting in the support queue. It looks like you only emailed 2 hours ago. You should get a response soon.

    Hi,
We try to answer all emails as quickly as possible. Normally we will get you a response within a few hours, but occasionally when emails are received later in the evening they do not get answered until the following day.

  • AxeGrinder

Also, thank you @ebsteelers for the quick answer, I missed it when i first looked.

I presume that nearly 24 hours without a response is an anomaly and with the forums, social media, and private messaging that a customer could receive a quick response if something urgent came up.

I will be starting my free trials very soon and hopefully I like it enough to decide to become a member.

Was there any reason why my post was deleted? All I mentioned was that I sent 2 emails yesterday beginning at 7:00pm and was not overreacting to not getting a response in 2 hours as @Riley made it sound.

Was I not allowed to use the name of support that responded to my query in full?

Your post was fine, feel free to repost it. I am checking into what happened to it now.
I was going to edit out the names, but the post was gone before I could.

I don’t recall exactly what I wrote nor is it that important. The gist of what I wrote is in my last post.

I was just surprised to see that it was gone as I have been members of several forums and never had a post deleted. I was wondering if I somehow wrote something that wasn’t allowed as I couldn’t think of a reason for it to be gone.

I will make sure in the future that I don’t use support full names in the future. I didn’t realize that this wasn’t allowed.

Thank you for your reply to my email.

Is that something where the current incentive members would be grandfathered in?

As in if I already am a incentive member would I be infinite and a newer member wouldn’t be? Just curious is all.

  • hailmary25t

So mad I found this site after I signed up. How much is FD NBA incentive after the free trial?

Hey Johnny, current access is indefinite, not infinite. Indefinite means that there is no set expiration time currently. If we ever do add an expiration we’ll give plenty of lead time.
