2 separate teams at work lol … It’s each and every slate so far in MLB this. This seems to be the norm on FD but not on DK.

  • AndThisGuyPeedOnIt

They don’t need to stop it, they just need to make it not as impactful. Increasing the size of 50/50s is a start, but they probably don’t want to do that because it eats into double up rake.

  • NCRick

More accurate pricing would ruin lineup selling.

These five guys bought a good lineup tonight.

Tons of websites sell lineups, tons of individuals (thats arent even that good) sell lineups… I think it would be nice to have a master list of dudes that share or at least sell lineups. I also dont understand why people bitch about individuals selling more than big sites like thefakebasketball. Im sure that site is getting out a ton of lineups to people as well

  • dmiller10nc

Im still confused. If these guys are so good and we aren’t buying their lineups…why aren’t we all buying their lineups? OR why arent they just playing the lineups themselves and taking all of our money. It’s hard they won’t be consistent. I dont get bothered by this. Yeah it sucks a lot of people with money take the short way around things and sometimes it works, but we don’t ever consider the days they bomb and we take their money. It’s all relative in my mind. I still have the same mentality…. come up with a better lineup. I think most competitive people would feel the same way.

nail on the head, people only notice this when they lose/cut off from the money by a few spots. most legit players don’t sell their line ups because they can beat the field most nights.

I don’t know how many times this has to be said

In single entry cash games there is more money to be made by selling a lineup to multiple accounts than only being able to enter once with your lineup in each tourney. For example in a 100 man 50/50 you can enter once, whereas if you sell your lineup to 50 different people all 50 of them can enter that tourney because they are different accounts.

The people who sell these don’t sell crap lineups because they want their customers to win and keep buying from them. These are DFS pros who have found a way to get around the limit on how much money they can get down on single entry tourneys, and many times they still enter themselves. It is short term and short sighted though, since the more of the same lineup enters a 50/50 tourney the less profitable it is because of chopping. The customers are losing, other DFS are getting screwed and losing, and the lineup seller and the site are making more money.

You have been correct in a lot of things you have said throughout the threads… However, very few of the people selling if any are actually good. Yes they may have gone on runs or hit a score, but they aren’t good

Top 12 in bunt have same exact lineup! That cannot be coincidence. ..know it is only small stakes but still it is annoying. Why buy a lineup for a $1 single entry tournament? Hmm….

This is the lineup I am referring to…love my 4x roi in that one! Lol…but that line up is exactly the same across 12 lineups and obviously did pretty well.

I wanna win money just as much as the next guy…but I kinda want to build my own u know w a little help from rg research!

No way…. it doesn’t happen… it’s only because it finished first in the $$… lol.. This will continue. I think we should just on board and ride it and make fanduel make a move.

  • hurtner2005

    lol shit whats his name?

  • slinkymaster

the same lineup took down the slam

  • evil333

So just to know where are these lineups coming from exactly?

  • CUTiger81

Any “expert” that sells their lineups is a big loser. It’s pathetic.

If you’re not able to beat these lineups in cash games then it’s on YOU to make better lineups. Competition is only gonna get better and better in DFS. Shared lineups or not.

Once again, an artificial rise in competition in single entry cash games where the rake remains the same and there is a specific optimal lineup for every contest translates to all players losing. Being a little bit better than high level competition just means you lose less.

Thanks for pointing this out on these 50/50’s. Great hustle for these teams but I won’t be entering any of the contests. I noticed on the multi entries these guys just have more lineups each. If there is no rule against it then it is a valid strategy, whether or not you think it’s moral or not is up to you. It is a blindside for new players like myself.

You would have figured it out pretty quickly when one of your players strikes out and you move from 40th to 62 place

They actually have less of a presence in higher limits though (above $2)

And why do you think they dont play bigger than 2?

Some do, just not as many, maybe half the usual train sizes or less.

IDK, maybe they think $2 games and lower are much easier
