I’ll be trying to win my Milly tix this week. We’ll see what happens.

Threw a MLB lineup together last night and put it in a .25 qualifier. Woke up this morning to find out that I actually got it.

Now lets see it I can actually do anything with it

He may be on his way to Pinehurst or there already – he’s playing in a Golf Channel Am Tour event for a couple days.

    Oh yeah, that’s right……

Anybody on a golfer $6700 or less on DK not named Xiong?

I have a couple low owned guys at 6900 I really like but not 6700

i have 0 Molinari or Stricker across all sites. Should be a fun week…
Tried to scale back this week, so hopefully ill have something resembling a bankroll heading into next week. GL, hope you all do well, as long as it’s not at my expense. And my core…please don’t this be another brutal weekend. It would be nice to have some excitement over the weekend, and any profit even a .01 would be appreciated (although more would be nice too, but I’m not greedy). Please and thank you.

Damn I’ve been bad at this whole getting mili tickets thing. I mean I guess I play the cheap ones so it’s to be expected without putting some others in the higher $ ones. Just for this week might have to get in the SE $3 satte BIF is talking about.

    So, ZJ bust this week?

It seems he is a sure thing. So I“m guessing he misses the cut on the number.

It will happen to 1 or 2 of these.11600 Francesco Molinari
    11400 Bryson DeChambeau
    11200 Zach Johnson
    10400 Joaquin Niemann
    10200 Ryan Moore
    9800 Steve Stricker
    9700 Kyle Stanley
    9500 Chesson Hadley
    9300 Austin Cook
    9100 Wesley Bryan

my Pig is on dechump. but to say that I wish I could make LU’s with these players is an understatement. Listing 5 guys to make the cut at 6700 and below is the trick. I have little confidence all of them. I took a bunch of Xiong….just because I do respect you guys and many were on him last week. I am going to comb that level again. spread my risk at that $$ level more evenly.
my top 5 (now- tinker tinker)

    Norman Xiong 6600
    Shawn Stefani 6700
    Hudson Swafford 6700
    J.J. Henry 6700
    Dru Love 6400

For now I resisted the temptation. I gotta build my lineups first and then we’ll see how they look. I’m all over the place this week.

I have 4/5 in my pool. I’m missing Swafford, just one that usually rots my lineup.

I will never play a 20% owned 9800 50+ year old man that mostly plays on senior tour.. No upside there

I will say that this makes me feel warm and comfy. We have 1 differentiation already. :)
your not wrong, but he picks and chooses his events. Nice course history too. If you look at CH, I think you will see a possible upside.

So, kind of theory based question here…. In the $5 FGWC, is it smart to make a bunch of lineups without anyone with a high percentage since you can only win with one ticket instead of having a tight core like I would want for tournaments??

Like 20 guys at 30% and hope you get the right combo compared too 4 guys at 67%, ect.

I’m back to my normal 33-35 player pool for 150 lineups this week.

I had been tinkering with playing 45-55… but its too many players.

Main horses this week are Tway, CT Pan, Reavie and Varner. Gun to my head i like Bryson and Niemann up top (took the most of those 2) but I’m spread from 10200 (Ryan Moore) – 8500 (Aaron Wise). Guys i have none of are Lingmerth, Landry, Streelman, Danny Lee and Sung Kang.

I would stick with the four guys at 67% and then spread out the remaining ownership with 20+ guys at 10-15% ownership…if I am looking at the right satty 1800 people you will need to pick the correct guys up top and match with low owned guys who surprisingly do well. I have had success in milly maker tix selecting 12-14 players over 8 teams but I am going up against 190 teams vs 1800…

Does anyone else try to build a lineup thats split between morning and afternoon tee times? I had a couple early on that were all six in the morning, and changed it right away.

Also, is the DFS SiriusXM Golf show on Wednesday nights no more?

I love taxes and tariffs – said no Canadian EVER – some shit makes no sense.

45 miles from my house they make Crown Royal – Rye Whiskey at the Seagrams plant. Then once it’s made I get to pay about C$40 for a 40 oz bottle (gotta love the “sin taxes” in Canada on booze and smokes). However, I can drive 2 hours to North Dakota and pay US$15 for same bottle and it gets even better where I’m only allowed to bring one bottle back into Canada and if I bring more it’s about a 100% duty/tax penalty per bottle to bring it back to where it’s f’n made !! Same crap on chew – Skoal is about C$20-$25 a tin here where they are US$4 in No Dak – I can only bring back 10 over the border – now that is an insane amount of tax/duty we are being charged to buy the same product 2 hours away !

Golf related – I’m probably going back to the Aaron Wise plan again despite the MC last week.

HOLY SHIT. A tin of Skoal is that much?? And I thought tobacco taxes here were stupid.
