Not on ZJ but it’s really been the putter that’s been the problem. Approach game has been nice. Can see him doing fine here if he hits some putts.

Cheap Whacks is up. Do you even have to go that low for the PGA though? -> https://rotogrinders.com/blog-posts/cheap-whacks-john-deere-classic-scottish-open-3070628

You mentioned one of my deep sleepers: Chad Campbell. At that price, with that course history, he makes a lot of sense, but his recent form is horrible.

I’ve been waiting for B-Harm to come around, but as soon as I jump on, things are sure to go south. As you can see, my confidence is at an all-time high. Ha-ha

I’m playing him in my single bullet. Hope he performs because he’s not cheap.

I’m game, I don’t even like ZJ this week but I’ll do it. Send the invite. $1K HU on DK?

I legit read this wrong my bad, 1k is a lot of trust that you actually start ZJ and don’t just jam in a normal cash lineup since we’ve never played I’d probably pass on 1k. I mostly play full week GPP’s and showdown GPP and cash so I don’t really trust my full week cash ability even if you play ZJ :)

  • Felixxberg

Also, does anyone have thoughts about Redman (what it luck or is he a good golfer?), Wagner (why does he have success here?), Suh (isn’t he supposed to be in the NCAA gang?) and Meyer (what the hell happened to him? He was more than decent last year)?

I totally read this wrong too! Thought it said $1. I love his confidence though. Ha-ha I guess we’ll just battle it out for $5, @pbasniper.

I’m firing one bullet with the course history narrative. I fully expect a decent 5/6 with one torpedo.

Redman is obviously good, he won 2017 US Am and had the 2nd place out of MQ. I think his US Am win gave him a little too much of an ego boost that he was ready to be pro at 19….he just wasn’t. He wasn’t able to earn his card and just a nomad for a while…he got off to a good start in Canada this year so he seems to be playing better but I don’t think he played enough in NCAA. The rest no thoughts on except Wagner Johnson sounds like a bad paint company!

No worries, you don’t think my reputation in this forum is worth $1K?! 🤣
I got him in there, but I totally understand your reluctance.
Maybe we play for $100, then $200, build a little trust, and then we we play for $1K – boom, I lied!

He won the US Amateur, he has a 2nd on the PGA tour, and playoff loss for a 2nd on the Mackenzie tour. That’s a little more than luck.

Edit: I see Pbasniper beat me to it.

I play big sometimes for showdown as my builds and ROI show I’m profitable but full week cash I’d probably be a donater.

Cool. I suck so don’t lose to me…

  • Felixxberg

Thanks Pbasniper and carolinacrusher. I’ll add Choi to the list of guys I don’t know much about but am considering. I think I’d rather go with Meyer though if I have to go that low.

Agreed on the form but if you look at his form leading up to the John Deere last year – it’s about the same as right now and he fired off a 7th place finish.

I cannot decide about Matthew Southgate in EURO, whether to play or fade. It might be flip a coin time.

Does anyone play Yahoo? I took at look at the “expert” lu’s on rotoworld and the lu given for Yahoo was Hovland, Morikawa, Niemann, Im, Burns and Hughes. How could that possibly fit under any sort of capped lineup structure?

  • Brandon6385

Did I miss any Scottish Open insight?

  • nicholasmarsh

    RE: Yahoo! Pricing…

Hovland is $27 where Morikawa is $26. It was posted in the early pages, but Wolff is actually min priced at $20.

That’s Yahoo for you… it doesn’t always work though, trust us lol

I’m so bad on Yahoo! You almost have to ignore pricing; something that I CANNOT seem to do. I just play the Yahoo! Cup freebie, but blew through $25 or so pretty quick determining that I had no clue when it comes to Yahoo!

  • nicholasmarsh

Just read some interesting stuff that might make me consider Jhonattan Vegas. I think I saw someone post “Winner: Vegas”, but does anyone else think he’s a “Cheat Code” like the article eludes to?

I’m out of money there and haven’t reupped there yet but missed the Cup by .3 last week lol Yahoo guys are no slouches anymore since the whole “no management fee craze” and the players they gained from that.

Other than the sound advice “fade my picks”, my thought is there is ridiculous value and balanced fading guys over 10k is a good idea. Of course I faded Rahm last week, too.

You know anything about Adrian Otaguei? I thought he was supposed to be the next star player, but he seems to have sucked all season.

ZJ only 16% owned? No way, he should be like 25% owned. He has 7 top 5s, 3 2nd places, and a win at this event. It doesn’t matter how much he’s struggling. Look at the guys around him. Lucas Glover, CHIII, and Ryan Moore. Even on a neutral field, he’s not usually worse than them.

He’s not even struggling that badly. His last event was T58 at the US Open. That’s better than Lucas Glover and basically the same as CHIII. Slighly worse than Morikawa and better than Niemann who didn’t even qualify. Don’t see how he’s struggling that badly. Maybe he just hasn’t played the easy courses to boost that ranking.
