Important: this is not an attack on Kyle, I’ve listened to some interviews with him and follow him on twitter and he seems like a cool guy, this is simply a question.

That being said, has anybody had experience with Kyle scooping your NHL h2h this year? I feel like he has scooped exactly 1 of my $1 h2h before i can even reload the page no matter what time I create the game. Is it possible he is using a script or software?

Fanduel can you please do something about this, it happens all the time and there are multiple offenders that you continue to let do this. It clearly violates your policy but you never do anything about it, does the NY times have to write a story about everything before you take action. What about a CSV file?

Coming into this thread to respond that you’re not scooping games (which is fair) while completely dodging the scripting allegations is not a good look.

Not for scooping games in the H2H lobby…that was the one specific area they said they would be forbidden. Go back and look at their new policy on scripts.

Thank you for getting on the board to explain, I certainly don’t see a problem with taking 1 game per person.

Why would they? They have changed the rules once. The faster contests are filled, the more rake FD receives. More importantly, you can’t remove yourself from a H2H contest once matched…

There is a real problem right now with scripting. But going after somebody that only scoops one game I don’t think is the answer. There are many times during NBA I have sat and scooped one game from every player for variance. If he were scooping every game you post as opposed to one I could see the problem. But yeah. Just my thoughts.
