Important: this is not an attack on Kyle, I’ve listened to some interviews with him and follow him on twitter and he seems like a cool guy, this is simply a question.

That being said, has anybody had experience with Kyle scooping your NHL h2h this year? I feel like he has scooped exactly 1 of my $1 h2h before i can even reload the page no matter what time I create the game. Is it possible he is using a script or software?

This is where FD/DK should be proactive and put a stop to letting a small amount of users manipulate their website . This is going to turn into another fiasco that puts another black eye on the industry.

I’d argue that we are already there. Only difference is that the New York Times didn’t write an article about it…..yet.

Par for the course, they’ll wait until their feet are burning in the fire before they react.

I was using a tool approved my FD. I have stopped using it till I hear back further from FD. Until then, keep burning me at the stake.

People taking even 1 H2H via scripting, need to have accounts banned for a month minimum and funds seized after a scond warning.

Not hard to put a check in your database that throws you all the guys taking H2H’s after they are posted under X seconds over and over,

Every single script needs to be banned, its the next big issue. You can write checks into the system to monitor just about anything, time to start doing it FD and DK

Guys its probably not hard to find a way to contact one of the many governmental organizations investigating FD. If enough people email the AG of NY for example, you better believe you will hear a response. Here is a link to the NY AG’s office

I always wondered who was on FanDuels special tools for special users list. They really need to put that up on the website red letters top of the home page THESE USERS HAVE REQUESTED AND HAVE APPROVAL TO USE SPECIAL TOOLS. If they did that, Id be fine with it. The new customer base would dry up but I’d be fine with it.

i dont even play NHL – but KCannon is someone whos H2H games i scoop up on purpose in MLB cuz to me, he sounds like an NHL pro that is beatable in MLB haha

why is anyone making ANY kind of an issue over someone freely doing H2H games? If you don’t like it, don’t join them.

The hatred towards winning players is getting out of hand. Do you want all the winners to give all of the losers some money to make them feel better aka USA under Obama?

Winners supposed to help out the losers?

I was a loser for 1.5 years, and then i became a winner. Either become a winner, or shut up. KCannon had nothing to do with my success, he is an irrelevant great player (irrelevant because his winnings do not affect my winnings)

    STOP WHINING

its getting scary how bad these forums are getting.

Thanks for being honest about it. If FD approved it then you have done nothing wrong. The problem is not the people doing it with permission. The problem is the companies giving the permission. Plain and simple. You’re fine.

FD, the ball is officially in your court.

So basically if a fish posts 1 h2h in either CFB or NHL they are guaranteed to play KCannon. That seems like a great way to help the ecosystem.

I can just imagine being a fish and posting 1 h2h per week, getting it token by KCannon, and losing since he is one of the best in CFB (assuming same in NHL), does not seem too fair.

If FD actually approved this, I think we’ll gladly burn them at the stake for this. Its ridiculous and unacceptable.

if you don’t want pros to scoop up H2H games, then try just doing several clicks and joining the H2H games that you want. You are a casual player after all, so it wont take long to join 5 H2H’s that are for $1. This argument sound so illogical, its not even funny.

You are a casual low stakes player

Then click the accept button to several low stakes H2H’s and you’re done.

Dont POST H2H’s, because honestly, what are you trying to achieve as a low stakes for fun player, posting your H2H games for anyone to scoop them up?

Are you trying to win money? If you want money, then YOU pick your opponents, don’t let THEM pick YOU.

I feel like im talking nonsense to children……is this really even a discussion?

KCANNON can do w/e the hell he wants with his money – ITS HIS MONEY, HE EARNED IT, HE CAN DO WHAT HE WANTS WITH IT.

All you do is post garbage like this, brag about your winnings, or tell everyone how much in debt you were before you started winning.

    GO AWAY.

Must be nice to not have to sit in front of a computer to get your newbie action. This is ridiculous. I will be thinking of you tonight when I spend an hour of my time scooping games the LEGIT way while you do whatever it is you do for fun and get all your +EV games with no effort.

Not really your fault I guess but completely unfair.

Ryan, congrats on your recent success. I’ll have to assume you’re trolling. if you truly think having scripts scoop specific games isn’t an issue, I have news for you: your success will be short-lived.

It’s funny in all the DFS commercials I see on TV, there is no mention of how much you’ll win because you know how to create scripts, spreadsheets, models, algorithms, etc.

It does say scoop which means multiple games so maybe it is allowed for single games? Still ABSOLUTELY not a fan of someone being allowed to do this.
