I can’t believe the contests started before locks like that and they just kept going, that happened before in MMA one time the very first time I played on draftkings, and they ended up having to cancel and refund the entire slate because one of the guys knocked the other guy out in like 10 seconds in the first fight of the night and everyone tried to switch their picks to the guy who won. I guess LoL isn’t important enough for them to give a shit though!

  • Syzltuth

    Odds:

    C9 -750/lyn +400

    Fnc -350/hka +220

I can believe it,(not that DK let it slide) I wondered about the times though, every morning I get up and check and they’ve already blown through all 6 games, They evidently don’t waste any time in between games.

From the little bit I’ve watched of the World’s so far, Fnatic looks the most vulnerable, at least as far as the favorites go. C9 has been pretty solid, so based on that they’ll probably lose and FNC will romp. LOL

  • BeltWieldindad

    3-0 c9 3-1 fnc imo, gl everyone

  • Syzltuth

Haven’t played in a few weeks but decided to jump in tonight. Going c9/hka and based my hea picks off the optimals posted earlier seeing as I know knotting of these two outside teams. Gl everyone!

  • rebkell

Wham, C9 takes game 1, in under 30 again.

  • Syzltuth

Wish I had taken c9 team slot. Guy in first is feeling good now, but he has Gemini rostered and I don’t think he’s played at all. Those lineups may not even cash if he gets a zero from him.

Yeah, scoring should be back to normal, those one game and done contests didn’t require you to necessarily pick the winners, especially the way they had the pricing.

  • Syzltuth

I avoided all those lead up games over the last couple weeks. Figured I’d see how things played out and get some intel on these teams I’ve never seen before and play again once it went back to best of 5 series again for the main world slate. Should be a fun end to the split.

  • rebkell

C9 not looking so tough in game 2, not over yet, but they are down 4-0 in kills, 4-2 in towers at the 18:00 min mark.

  • rdlman88

I was working tonight so I didn’t get into any tourneys which sucks. But I’m in a bunch if cash games plus the 10/5 satellite. Stacked the first match, loving the kills in this 2nd game by Lyon

  • Syzltuth

Wow pretty epic comeback by c9 in game 2. 60+ min game

  • rebkell

    Holy shit, what a game.

  • rdlman88

    C9 3-0… 7-0 so far

  • rebkell

Good luck guys, I’m turning in, nodded all through that last game. Go HKA.

  • Syzltuth

Zero played for we the last few games, any idea if he’s the starter going forward or is it going back to Ben?

Not sure, tricky situation. They mentioned before they had subbed him in last time that they utilize Zero when they feel the team needs more aggression, which made sense, since they went down in kills heavily in their first match against Lyon and they had to pull of a come from behind win. Then they went and just left him in against the next opponent, so who knows. Wish it was the first match of the night so we might get a chance to know ahead of time.

With Ben who knows what could happen, even if he starts, they might just put Zero in midway through the set even if they are winning. If Zero starts though i’d say they’d probably just leave him in unless they start losing games. It might be a situation to fade entirely if possible, but picking correctly could be key to winning. I havent set lineups yet though so I havent decided what i’ll do. Probably hedge it though.

  • Syzltuth

Pricing is tough, especially if you want to avoid YG completely. We is priced up and FB & One are very similar. Can’t easily just stack We and FB, even game stacking FB/One leads to pricing issues.

  • Serpentor

WTF the’yre subbing in marf for brucer in game 3 on team ONE after they just won game 2 big, but didnt bother after they had gotten crushed in game 1.

  • BeltWieldindad

Padden at 120 through 3 games, beating everyone else on his team by 40+

  • Serpentor

Yup just as I suspected might happen, they subbed in Zero for Ben every though they won the first 2 games.
