I am having same issue as Charbear above – HQ lineups do not sort highest to lowest projections – has anyone had a chance to look into his problem? Not sure if it’s widespread or user specific, but would love to have projections generated highest to lowest.

    Thanks

  • KindGuy

Just tried to upload my own projections. It says it uploaded but then I can’t find them?

Had to quickly throw a lineup in using another method.

Yessir! NHL premium announcement coming very soon.

Her Cameron….since you are a RG Co-Founder and I can’t seem to get a reply, how about replying to JoeyC61 and I on the issue I posted 4 days ago and sent a request for help on 5 days ago….with no reply what so ever (except to acknowledge my trouble ticket). Issue ID 42115.

Lineup Builder not sorting shown lineups by total points projected. It has displayed it this way for years and also in weeks 1 and 2. How can I make the lineups shown default to showing the highest projection lineup in slot 1, second highest in slot 2, etc. Or…can I get the projected points to be included when I export my lineups to CSV file? It’s pretty much useless otherwise

    Thanks!.

The lineups aren’t auto sorted for saved lineups or if you edit a lineup, Is that what you are attempting to do?
I’ve been told that they are working to allow that in the future.

  • charbear

Thanks for the reply, bhdevault. No, that is not what I am trying to do. When I use Lineup Builder and tell it to build xxx lineups, it shows me the results. For years, and for weeks 1 and 2, the resulting lineups shown were sorted in numerical order by projected points. Starting in week 3 , this is not the case. Just now I ran a test scenario to build 150 lineups. Lineups 1 & 2 had projected points near 150. Lineups 3 & 4 show 153+. As I scan down, there is no consistency or pattern. The resulting lineups shown used to always be ranked top down in points and are basically unusable otherwise. The only way this “non-sorted” output could be useful is if, when you export the CSV file, the file contained the projected points for each lineup. You could then sort them in Excel.

  • HuhWha25

Generally speaking, how many of each position do you have in your GPP pools for building say 50 lineups?

The NASCAR slate isn’t loading at all. Just wanted to make you guys aware.

In the past, the NFL lineup builder allowed for players to pair a QB with a WR/TE/RB in every single lineup. I loved this functionality in the past beecuse it allowed for a user to run 0 – 150 optimized lineups, based upon their own projections, that highlighted pass catcher and qb pairings. I think that this was a really cool feature because it allowed for users to potentially see qb/pass catcher pairing that they were not thinking about. Is there any plan to bring back this funcitionality?

You can use groups to achieve that.

Thanks for the response. Sorry, I may not have communicated what I was thinking very well. I don’t want to set a QB and pass catcher pairing, i.e. Dalton and Green or Brady and Gronk. Instead, I want to be able to select a button that will pair a qb with a pass catcher and optimize lineups based upon my projections. I then like to review my lineups to see if there was a pairing that I had not initially researched. Does that make sense?

I’m still not following what you are asking. Aren’t you describing what the ‘stacks’ option does?

  • FantasyTime69

I just did a test run of 150 lineups with optimal and 150 with random and the optimal lineup had a distribution of scores that were very close to eachother and the random lineups had a wider range of scores. Doesn’t this mean choosing random over optimal is the way to go for gpps? For instance with optimal i had scores range from 144-90 with random I had 158-60. So it seems if you want the best shot at a high score for gpps go with random?

    Edit:Site was fanduel

I’m still not following what you are asking. Aren’t you describing what the ‘stacks’ option does?

I want to be able to select an option that allows me to “Stack QB with At Least 1 RB/WR/TE’s from the Same team” and then run 25, 50, 75 or more optimized lineups to review them and determine which ones to enter into a contest. If I understand the “Build Stacks” and “Group” features then I would be selecting stacks initially and then optimizing around them. In theory, means that I could be overlooking stacking options that could be fruitful based upon my projections.

If you simply put in whatever the 150 most optimal lineups are according to a given set of projections, your entries are going to be in a tight range. You will tend to get a bunch of entries into the cash or brick out completely.

If you spread it out a lot, you are definitely more likely to take first place on any given night. However, you will also be certain to have dead entries.

Either approach has its merits, and how far to lean in either direction depends on the payout structure.

Where did “Flex Setting %” disappear on LineupHQ “Mon-Thu”? I know it was present last week under build rules. Now it’s not there for Mon-Thu but it’s present for the regular “NFL” designation.

  • captmonk1

I don\t see a Mon-Thur Slate at all in the Lineup Builder. NFL…..oops NM…Found it

  • alewisjr25

I have attempted to build lineups in the LineupHQ tool but the COL/ARI game is not loaded. Will this be loaded or do I have to hand jam?

  • BSouth

When using the lineup builder (I have RG premium), what is the most important statistical column? I like the PaDef % but it does not seem to match up with the overall rank of a defense (For example Goff has the highest DVOR rank though he is facing a tough Seattle D this week).

    TIA.

Is saved line up tab no longer an option? I have marked line ups and they are no longer being moved to separate saved line up area. Thank you.

Do I have a filter on or is there no goalies in the FantasyDraft NHL lineup builder?
