My thinking is, doing that will just limit ownership % across your lineups on say, Kittle, at 10%. It won’t necessarily prevent lineups inserting Kittle at TE and then Andrews in the flex position in that same lineup, which is what I am trying to limit across my lineups. Does that make sense?

Also, I may be confused myself and just horribly explaining what I am wanting.

Nope. That will do what I believe you want it to do. It doesn’t control a specific positions ownership, it only determines how often a Flex position will have that position inserted.

If you put 10% TE, across 100 lineups, you should have around 10 Tight Ends in the flex position.

No idea how difficult this would be, but I would love to see these 2 changes made to HQ in the future.

    1. Quick Stacks. Increase the border size around each stack. If you have multiple stacks, it can be hard to distinguish between them when you are scrolling down.

    2. Player Groups. Add a total percentage for each group. Let’s say I create a group right now with Brees and Kamara. Right now the only options are to have lineups with only 1 of them, both of them, or none of them. As it stands, if you choose to use both of them, you don’t have a lot of control over how many lineups will have both. it would be nice to say I want at least x% of my lineups to contain Brees and Kamara

    Need some help.

I like to use the limit 1 RB/WR/TE from the same team feature. However, for tomorrow’s slate, I may want some Taysom Hill and Kamara lineups, or Taysom and Thomas lineups. The only way to get that is by turning off the Limit 1 RB/WR/TE.

Except now it also gives me a bunch of lineups that have 2 players from the same team without their QB.

I thought I could use the Team Player Groups section. So I have the rules set up as Players to Use (0-2), and the QB is the conditional player.

The very first lineup it put out had Ballage and Allen from the Chargers with Lamar as the QB. What am I doing wrong?

    superjon,

the only way the “Limit 1 RB/WR/TE from same team unless part of a team/game stack” box works is with Quick Game Stacks, but you have to run someone back from the other team or nobody, because it is a GAME stack feature.

What I don’t understand is I have a group with Conner, Diontae, Claypool, and Juju. Ben is listed as the conditional player.

I have the rule set that no lineup should have more than 2 of the players listed, and only in lineups that contain Ben.

It gave me a lineup with all 4 of them and Cam as the QB.

You haven’t done enough rules/groups. Ben as conditional doesn’t cover the lineups where Roethlisberger isn’t the QB. That’s why you got Ballage and Allen with Lamar. You could use the stack finder to set a percentage of lineups you want to be Hill/Thomas or Hill/Kamara or you could break your saved lineups into more than one build where you can set up very different build rules in between runs. I would use stack finder for the Saints and team player groups to accomplish what you are trying to do. This video will help explain conditional groups: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uP6zrspxXzc

How do exclude a player in Lineup HQ? For example, if this QB is starting, exclude the running backs from that team.

Use the groups setting. Use the QB as the modifier.

Why is the BAL-PIT game still showing on lineup HQ under Thursday’s slate on DK when the game is postponed?

I’ll bet RG is working on adding Bal-Pitt to the Sun Main slate first.
    DK already has added it.

Will there be any projected ownership for the FD slate tonight for the Seahawks and Eagles?

  • dmbrown81

Do I need to enable something to import groups between DK, FD & YH? I created groups in DK for the main nfl slate and when I imported them to FD they were empty.

I sent a ticket for help and it says resolved, but I never heard anything, so I sent another one. I’m trying to make 2 stacks, a primary with team a: qb/wr/wr against team b: rb/wr and a secondary with team one having a rb/dst and team two having a te However, I cannot get it to let me place a dst into a stack. When I try it won’t build. That’s 1 qb, 3 wr, 2 rb, 1 te, and a dst. Leaves me an additional for the flex. So the numbers should work. Please help, very frustrated. By the way, trying to set this up for the 2 game slate tomorrow with Washington and Buffalo.

Now it’s sticking the Steelers defense in every lineup I try to make. Even if they aren’t selected at all. Only way to stop it is to exclude them altogether.

Now I can’t get two of the four teams to select. I unselected them to test something, and no matter how many times I reset things including refreshing the page, I can’t get the 2 teams I turned off to come back. I can’t select them. Nothing happens.
    [1:42 AM]
Washington and San Fran are gone. Even refreshing NFL settings doesn’t work.

Additionally clearing my browser cache and history did not fix things.

  • superjon

    These are my current settings

    1. No players excluded
    2. No groups
    3. Range of Outcomes is at 0% (Optimal)
    4. Lineups – 150
    5. Unique Players – 1
    6. All player exposures are at 70%
    7. Max Salary is at $54,200
    8. Flex Exposure is at 100% for all 3 positions. I also tried all at 0%
    9. Limit 1 RB/WR/TE is checked
    10. Min/Max exposures is checked

    All other settings are default.

No problems making 150 lineups with those settings.

However, if I go to Quick Stacks and make a Primary Stack QB + 1 WR, then it won’t make any. It doesn’t matter what number I put for the “Target this rule” box.

    I watched this.

I don’t think I should have to make multiple groups/stacks to say don’t use 2 WRs from the same team unless the QB is also in the lineup.

  • superjon

    Nevermind. I finally figured it.

If you don’t want more than 1 receiver in lineup that doesn’t contain their QB. You have to set the option to “Use at most 1 player”.

When you add the QB as a conditional player, you want to use the option to use the group in lineups that “do not” contain the conditional player.

It makes sense when I actually think it through.

  • Jmshmdy

Could you add a slider to the build rules tab that keeps players under a certain projection from being in your lineups? Rather than Xing them all out then having news come and their projection updates and you have to make sure you add them back in. Feels like that wouldn’t be too difficult too add, and would save tons of time and mistakes (on my part at least lol)

The Smash % has been added to the .csv, but when I upload my projections, now the Minutes won’t upload.
I’m thinking there is a column issue here.
