am i a fool to stack the astros again?

Unlikely. Well… they may squeak one out.

im playing the early slate and for gpps im going the opposite direction, taking snell and prob stacking tampa. I think snell has some big k upside today.

  • fanturds

this slate could go so many different ways.

the biggest question….is DeGrom going to be able to go?

  • bigsmoot2

Damnit, in Texas for the weekend and can’t play FanDuel. Boooo, good luck folks .

Seems like it but be wary of the weather. Radar doesn’t look great through the afternoon, probably not a wash out but maybe a delay to start, maybe a stop/start at some point. Doesn’t look like the best conditions for pitchers, especially one with a stiff neck. I think that is the key to the early slate. Degrom and his health along with what sort of lineup do the Mets put out all surrounded by the weather.

  • firepimp

Dee gordon did nothing for me last night lost my cash games but won my GPP’s lol.

  • crazydaisy2013

I might use both pitchers from the Tampa game

First time entering the $33 Fastball on DK. Got two lineups in it and I hate them both. That’s a good thing right?

When in doubt look for pitching upside and double stack two lineups

  • rog11sm

Minny stack for the win(I hope)

Got Miranda and Pineda on one and Arrietta and Pineda on the other. Yay or nay?

  • crazydaisy2013

I listened to a podcast the other say and it said statcast radar system for pitching this year is taking its reading from a different point of release than in the past; it’s faster by about 1 mph. I look at guys like Arrieta today and see his fastball is down nearly 2 mph with the advantage of the 1 mph jump. That’s troubling.

The new statcast machines have been suspect this year so far. Their pitch classificstion systems have me scratching my head.

Miranda could be risky, but the rain adds a ton of risk to the chalk.

I went with Pineda but he is totally due for a blow up.

  • rog11sm

    Ughhhh.

    Settled with Miranda/Pineda and Snell/Pineda.

Playing LUs at $33 a pop sure makes this shit more stressful.

  • rog11sm

I went snell and cotton /hoping for the best but expexcting the worst

i went baez and kinsler actually, but fantasydraft gives that kind of flexibility. Since I liked cubs and tigers stacks the most, thats why I went those two. Only thing that could ruin that is Cano or Daniel Murphy going off, but its hard to predict that in MLB – easier to predict a team going off, than an individual player.
