Iā€™m making lineups at DK and just shaking my head at Kendrys Morales and Chris Davis both priced above 3,800. Jurickson Profar is at 4,300 ā€“ just below Paul Goldschmidt, who is at 4,500.

In the quarter contest Alex Gordon was chalky because he was the hottest hitter in his price range. Robbie Grossman was somewhat chalky and he had a big game.

DK pricing does herd you to make certain player decision. I even see it in their NBA contests.

Also, to your point…Chris Davis should be below $3k right now. Goldy is only batting .200 but has 5 HRs at a pretty thin position – should be $5k. profar is a $3200 player right now. gordon is probably priced right. grossman was leading off and the cheapest starting OF today. and he went off.

As tried to express earlier, new algo pricing is driven to make good decisions harder to make.
Instead of, say, pick two good and 6 hitters in good matchups, plus one punt and one half punt…. now is either you fade the best SP or play the #2 or #3 of the night coupled with a semi gamble in order to fit 8 hitters you want or get the best pitching duo and have at least 3-5?bats at 3.4-3.5k

As you said C. Davis should be free now. $2,500 bare minimum.

Not sure what to make of this I had 4 really good days, sweeping all h2h and 3 bad days and today was entirely my fault for tinkering away from Ross and a couple of NYY bats
But in GPP it definitely seems that it favors the MMEs few

That said DK experimented with pricing in the past. Specifically in NFL 3 yrs ago and sometimes these are just temporary trends
