What are the thoughts about using a SP in 7 inning games? Is Strasburg on a pitch count? The weather isn’t too hot. He really seems to struggle in the extreme heat. He could easily throw a complete game shutout. No Castellanos makes him seem like a good option.

I like Yoan Moncada on his birthday.

Pitch count is actually not much different between Stras and Ohtani
    About 80-90
    Mmhhh

Yeah, the nice thing about skipping Stras/Gray and the bats, is you can get an extra hour to sort things out. See how the weather in Chicago and such develops.

    Alright.

I’m skipping STL/AZ entirely. Also skipping CIN/WAS bats, Dodger bats, and Angels bats.

This is about all I’ve figured out. Really hard slate to narrow down.

Ohtani pitch count makes him unplayable unless things change

    What is his pitch count?

I think Turner is still playable on a 7 inning game… small slate if he can get on and steal a base a couple of times that’s probably enough

He is, but 6.2K? Can’t do it. Good contrarian play, but I’m being different in other ways. Mostly by being heavier on Wood and fading Cardinals.

I am going to end up with some D-Backs exposure though.

Well… I guess pivoting away from Stras wasn’t a bad idea… and Suarez was playable also… lol

Fading the CWS game entirely. Main slate if odd tonight

Would be a great slate for Brendan on FD, at least. It’s pretty hard to use all your salary

  • zovyn

If you’re on FD – get in on the nickel and quarter overlay while you still can… :)

  • terrapin1985

    Ohtani scratched tonight.

  • biga0787

Athletics stack seems a lot more live now and probably way more owned

Time to pivot over to an OAK stack against Sandoval? Bassitt likely W% increase? Hmmmmmmm. No clue.

Damn…. not that I liked Cease but got the news too late to pivot there
So… Bassitt or nothing I guess since I have Wood already?
    Can’t stomach CarMart….

Is Ohtani gonna get hitters points now??

  • biga0787

On fd he won’t which sucks. You can only roster him as a pitcher

My question is how the hell is cease 22% in the fd 5.55?

  • biga0787

I’m excited about this slate. Didn’t play anyone from game 1…leaving cheddar all over the place short of the cap
