    Harvick to repeat?

  • jt77316

I don’t know if he will repeat, but I’d bet on him to lead the most laps and dominate a large portion of the race.

Thats if he qualifies in the front end right? I dont see how he can dominate if he starts past 10th.

I’d also recommend following @toby_christie. He’s on top of things and has a nice site to find most if not all official nascar PDF releases. (All entry lists, practice data, schedules, points reports, etc.)

What kind of impact will this new package have? Kyle Busch is not a fan as he thinks that it will take skill out of the equation and I believe I read Joey Logano thinks it will lead to more wrecks. I would love to see more competitive side by side racing and lead changes. Anyone have a take on what we will see Sunday?

Hey Stevie, hopefully you can provide insight. I understand that 550 HP will be used at the 1.5 mile and longer tracks. What I need help understanding is the aero duct vs not using the aero duct. At Atlanta, Pocono, Darlington and Miami they will not be used. My understanding is that the aero duct is the driving force that we make the tracks race similar to restrictor plate racking.

Why are they not using the aero duct at those tracks? Does it have to do with tire wear? Will these races be more similar to what we saw last year vs what we have seen with the aero duct at the Xfinity race in Indy, Charlotte All Star race and Las Vegas practice earlier this year? Any help to understand the difference between aero duct vs no aero duct is appreciated.

Hey Stevie, thanks for that. The race Sunday was excellent (especially when compared to Saturday) and my hope is that the packages bring us more 2-3 wide racing with exciting lead changes and not a 20 car lead for 156 laps for the win. I think this should bode well for basically all the teams outside of the types that manage to cause pit crashes. It would be a good year if we parity with guys like Ty, Buescher and Menard winning races along with the guys we are accustomed to seeing winning multiple times. Good luck and thanks for your work!

If qualifying is rained out on Friday, good chance, then owners point from last season will set the field. This could lead us to potentially the worse ever play on DK. Spire Motorsports purchased the charter from the now defunct 78 furniture row team during the off-season. The 78 team finished second in owner points last season. That would mean Garrett Smithley would start on the outside of row one. Theoretically, Smithley should not be owned by anyone this race starting second. If his ownership is more than 0% I would be shocked.

  • joephoto

Garrett Smithley is only 4800 on DK.

Are the free tools still available on here?

  • toasty99

So Penske fords all starting 19th or worse and Harvick at 18th.

You better believe place diffferential for the win this week!

anybody else getting like 20 lineups max after reducing PP and locking in dominators? using the RG Lineup Builder

    Locked in Logano and Hamlin

  • BobbyTheBrain

how is it possible to win at nascar. i cant even place in the money at all. even if i do like 45 different lineup combinations. also its impossible to follow your drivers

  • BobbyTheBrain

harvick gonna be about 75% owned. so u can pick harvick and hope you beat the mass enterers who have him in every possible combination possible, or fade him and hope for the best. most likely scenario your not gonna place either way. especially if harvick leads 3/4 of the race

  • BobbyTheBrain

my strategy… fade harvick, get obnoxiously drunk, watch harvick drive around with a 13 sec lead for 3 hours, get really angry at the 46 sharks who tie for first, go to sleep.

  • Luctyl99

I’d rather take my chances on logano rather than Harvick today, given that the race should be more even this year

The nascar app has a function that allows you to pick drivers to follow. Also, if you’re playing 45 lineups and not cashing with any it’s probably time to quit nascar lol
