PSA-impound race. Starting positions not official until after tech Sunday morning. Yes Dk and fd will update to new starting positions before start of race and that is where they will be scored from.

Should save us 5-10 posts Sunday morning.

Impound race but tech is before qualifying this week. Starting spots will be official after qualifying.

Damn. Good to know….means I can actually look at lineups tonight. Hadn’t seen that yet this season. Thanks Stevie.

Is this a stack the front, dominator type race or stack the back crash fest? I don’t follow nascar or know much of anything about the tracks and such but enjoy the dfs aspect of it. Sorry for the noobish question

Given those two options, it certainly isn’t a stack the back crash fest. The only way you’d want to stack the back in this race is if there is a chance for a short race due to rain.

  • Syzltuth

Guess what I was asking but worded it terribly is what’s a good strategy for picking drivers by positioning today? I know some races have a couple of dominators and then picking good guys that will give you place differential. Other races have a lot of wrecks so grabbing a bunch of guys at the back of the pack that will get through those wrecks and finish higher is a strategy. Just wondering what’s good for today’s race/track. Right now I have a couple guys up front and the rest are middle of the pack

thought race was moved up to 2 PM so I had until then, but DK locked it even earlier

  • someclevername

Damn, it locked already? How am I supposed to make last minute tinkers that I usually end up regretting?

Yeah I thought so too. Good thing I saved it. I was still considering edits

  • yisman

despite the lock time being up twice I think, DK managed to fill everything completely except one of the big GPPs which did not completely fill but still had substantial rake (the Piston had 28,160 entries). https://www.draftkings.com/contest/gamecenter/73031911

Erik Jones 9.5% not bad. Hopefully he can avoid trouble – he killed me last week.

    *Oh and GL everyone

  • someclevername

Deliberated between Wallace & Ragan – ended up going w/Ragan. Think I made a mistake lol.

  • smokeyca14

    Damn Hemric was the play

  • someclevername

Kyle Busch such a beast – some loud boos out there lol. Hahaha all the way to the bank he goes lol.

Wish I would’ve played Wallace’s 28 points vs Ragan’s 12 but wasn’t a huge deal in the end. At one point I had considered Lajoie & Stenhouse vs what I ended up with in McDowell & Ragan so I’ll take that lack of tinkering all day.

I finally freakin’ cashed – May was a brutal month for me. Congrats to the winners today!

  • toasty99

Ugh went Tift, Regan, Lajoie, and Preece for my cheap options.

Today was a hard miss between that, the Truex engine trouble, and my place differential plays all underperforming.

Nearly lost all the $560 I bet, but I got lucky and at least only lost $160 because of a few Kyle Busch lineups cashing some and that last caution….

  • jt77316

Ugh I am still on full tilt. I always run the same 20 lineups in the all the low stakes 20 max entry GPPs. Since the main ones had filled, DK opened up several smaller tournies as they always do, so I decided to max enter those as well. My primary 20 entry build had around 45% Kyle Busch, but in the smaller, secondary tournaments, I decided to fire up my build that was 75% Kyle Busch. Needless to say, that build contained a lineup that scored 302.50 and would’ve won ~$3700 had I ran it as my primary, not to mention $10,000 in the piston (although I only entered 3 lineups in it versus 20 so I wouldn’t have won that anyway). I guess I should be thankful to only be down $50 yesterday. I am ready for redemption at Michigan.

  • Baktozero9

Anyone know if the results are posted anywhere for the $10 150 max enter tourney?

I’d like to know this as well. I wish RG would collect them like they do for other sports, and I have asked Manny about putting them on LineupStudy. If you have a particular question (who won, best score, etc) I can go look for you in my recent contests.

  • Baktozero9

I had a 302.25 score in the $3.00 tournament. I was just trying to see where I woulda placed in that one and the prize amount.

Ouch. I had a 302.50 that I also DID NOT put in the Piston. Your score would’ve been 4th for $5,000.
