Starting lineup is interesting. A lot of guys I wanted to play are starting in places that makes me not like them. I would think Hamlin Kenseth and Elliot will be pretty chalky.
Split i’d say, but not 100 people. Maybe 10
Of course I have this weeks disaster in low owned Jimmie Johnson who gets wrecked early in a 17 man race. Unreal
F*****kkkkkk
I just lost thousands and thousands
that was fun
It was fun until the second half of the last lap. 1ST in every contest and than I lost crash roulette.
I lost so much money on the last two laps. Ran 30 lineups with Hamlin/Suarez/Kenseth/Keselowksi as my core. faded Jimmie/Kurt/buescher/truex. Was going great until that last wreck. Still made 2x but I was in the hunt to take down gpps. Welcome back to NASCAR everyone.
What place was Truex in before he crashed?
Going to miss this casual gpps. Have had a team in the top ten 4 of the last 5 races with the other placing 13th.
Can someone explain all the Chris Buescher, talk? Is it simply because he was starting last as the second worst driver in the race?
my team was looking pretty good with 1 lap to go but was at a birthday party and wasnt checking my phone. Where was my lineup of kyle b/hamlin/kenesth/kelowski/logano/suaerz actually at ? It looked like I was doing pretty well? Thanks in advance. I wasnt checking through draftkings as with nascar it does no good until its over. It looked like they all were top 8?

It was tied for 1st at lap 73/75. It had the 1st through 6th spots.
In the $27, it was worth $739.80. (In a multi-way tie.)
At the end…it was worth $60
thanks man
Was tied for first with quite a few other lines with about 15 laps left. Then, Larson crashed with Truex. Then I had Hamlin. Hamlin and Larson falling hurt me. Still profited though. Glad NASCAR is back, Should be good times with the subscription from stevietpfl
Checked my phone with 2 laps left and was in 1st place for a whopping $99.82. Best lineup finished 310th. Good times.
17 cars in race, you have to roster 6 of them. Why act surprised that there were massive ties?
I was expecting multiple ties but only 2 people split 1st in the slingshot. My only real mistake was fading Danica.
Will dk post contests for the duel races ?
LOL.
No, you made the right call. It was a fluke that she didnt wreck.
hindsight isnt always 20/20.
NASCAR DFS is the GOAT, had a great day today. I am so pumped for Daytona next weekend

Any updates on this? Doesn’t look like it’s going to happen or they will be small.

Duel 1 contest has been posted, small gpp’s.
Definitelymiami, first grab a bourbon and some ice cream before reading.
to answer your question on Chris Buescher you have to take a few factors into play.
- he was cheap, starting last and there was only 17 cars in the field. This means you were guranteed at least 26 fps (what get for 17th) since he cannot lose fps for finishing behind his starting spot.
- Daytona and talladega are a different style of racing than most other tracks due to the effect the draft has on the cars. The draft is what keeps all the cars in a pack, and allows the slower cars to stay within 1-2 seconds of the leader.
- with all the cars bunched up, going 200mph and within inches of each other creates a small room for error. This = cars go boom boom smash smash.
- in 7 of the last 8 clash races at least 9 cars did not finish.
- so with mr buescher starting last there was a great chance of him finishing ahead of his starting spot.
- for example let’s say he only passed 5 other cars who wreck and finish behind him. This would put him 12th netting 31 points plus 5 for finishing ahead of his starting spot for a total of 36
- 36 points is the exact same someone starting and finishing in 7th would get.
Buescher also isn’t a terrible driver. He’s never had the car or the crew to compete. His fluke Pocono win last year was supposed to boost his financial backing for the chase but never really happened. It’s just more proof that there is no longer such thing as “stock” car racing.
