Does the suspension usually happen the next day? I always thought it took a couple of days barring an appeal, in which case weeks.

Kiki VanDeWeghe was at the game last night and saw the whole thing. Woj this morning: “There’s a strong expectation within the two teams that the NBA will announce its discipline for the Lakers-Rockets fight today, because Houston plays the Clippers tonight.”

Man I like my cash lineup so much better without harden. Is he a must?

  • kbsktbll88

Harden is such a trap tonight imo. And this is coming from a Rockets and Harden fan. Stay away from him if CP3 is out.

You mean like the kind of numbers Harden was putting up last year running the point when Paul was out? He is priced way too low if that is the situation tonight.

Yeah, I can’t get behind that thought. I can understand not going all in, but calling it a trap and fading, no.

FD. Beat the score and $1 and $2 50/50’s. Thanks for any help

Learn to play guys you’re uncomfortable playing. And play cheap til you figure something out. You’re not going to get real help from people competing against you. From what I can tell, most people here give honest opinions and occasionally you can get a real winning pick off the board. Yet not usually.

The reason is that most people aren’t on here close to lock when all the last minute news comes out, giving out picks, cause they’re too busy shuffling lineups around. Plus a lot of the good picks that turn out to be real good are iffy, and people don’t want to tout iffy plays (as some people don’t want to publically be wrong) or they don’t want to give away potential low owned gems.

Start here…will Barton is out tonight…find a Denver player based on price an opportunity that you think will benefit and put him in your lineup. A few guys could benefit. Can’t be certain who it will be, pick one a hope you get it right 😁

Harden+Nuggets beneficiaries with Barton out. Harris/Milsap get bumps, I will play them with Murray. TT looks like nice value at Center.

I agree. Small slate you need raw points. That what scares me.

Harden is going to crush. They will run that iso PNR until he gets iso with Gortat/Boban/Harrell probably every time down the court.

He had a 51/8 game vs them last year without CP3…

Yeah, Harden is basically priced at what his floor should be. His ceiling with CP3 out is literally 100, but he’s most likely to fall into that 65-70 range. The thing would be if Harden gets 70, but if multiple guys like Love, PG, Curry, Durant or Jokic get 60 it might not matter as much.

He averaged 1.49 points per minute when CP3 was playing. 1.50 in games CP3 was out. He had a few huge games and a few really bad games. But didn’t really effect him much overall.

The concern though is how bad we’ll be with our 2nd best player out. We’re already struggling as it is. Got blown out by the Pelicans and barely got past the Lakers. Harden’s going to be on the tail end of a road B2B against probably the best defensive back court in the league between Beverley and Bradley and one of the best defensive teams, and against a team he typically doesn’t play well against as it is.

Could he go off for 70+? Sure, he’s Harden. But at $11,200 on DK and what his ownership will look like if CP3 is out it’s an easy fade for me.

Do you have the number of minutes that Harden played in games CP3 was out compared to when he was in? I suspect Harden played 3-5 more minutes in those games.

Not crazy. I’d rather punt with Boban at C and go 6-8k for the rest

Averaged 36.9 mpg with CP3 out. 35.4 with CP3 in.

Did he hit an after party or a strip club (or an after party at a strip club) last night? Inquiring minds want to know. He’s $11.7k on FD, compared to $10.4k for KD and $9.8k for Steph coming in fresh against DEN on a B2B. Might throw him in one Main slate LU as insurance, but I don’t like the matchup much, either. Definitely fading him in my After Hours single entry.

Fox or Murray at PG? Cash games.

Got a lot of Bagley going so he’s going to bust. Fair warning guys.

No, he played well last night. He always plays well against the Lakers. The team just isn’t as good now with the changes in the off season. I didn’t want Melo here, the guy is a cancer. Unfortunately Ariza wasn’t worth $15M though and the priorities were resigning Capela and CP3.

It’s not even just on the court stuff either. The chemistry is terrible. Everyone last year said Ariza was the best locker room guy. Him, CP3 and Harden were like best friends, it’s why CP3 hooked him up with the State Farm endorsement. In what other world would you see Trevor Ariza in a TV commercial? lol

Debating that myself. Currently going with Fox against Schroeder defense. Might just end the debate & move up to Steph.

Yep have him. I took Harden out (for now). Just like that lineup better. My 2 lowest priced players are TT and Clarkson. This is cash on FD
