McCollum was on my do not play list last year too. Really stupid mistake by me to play him. He just isn’t good. Lillard, ET, and Nurkic are so much more important.

every winning LU seemed to have Hield, Irving and Embiid. Of course I had all 3 of those guys in 3 different LU’s. One of these days I might get lucky and put them all in the same LU.

I remember a time when playing Buddy Hield was a contrarian play. That was last season.

So we’re at a point in the NBA where Buddy Hield and Derrick Rose are approaching upper tier status. Maybe Greg Oden should come out of retirement. Can he do any worse than score 15 points and grab 10 rebounds a night in today’s NBA?

Where is the edge in the NBA? Players stopped playing defense (apparently) and points are just piling up. Everyone jumps on trendy players and one night superstars. Brandon Ingram will probably average 21 points a game by Christmas despite weighing 190 pounds and looking skeletal compared to players around him.

Losing streak continues

I got killed out there tonight, a bunch of rookie mistakes on my part. Back to the drawing board tomorrow, congrats to those who did well tonight.

Scored 270.40 which only won a few cash games I was in. The lineup was Lillard/Murray/Jrue/Lou Will/Covington/Gallinari/Morris/Lyles/WCS. Just looking at that lineup, I had solid production from everyone. Well, except for Murray and WCS. They dragged it down hard as the Covington/Gallinari combo worked to perfection. The Nuggets had an easy time against the Bulls and that lead to the whole starting five underperforming which was how Murray became my low score drop. Cauley-Stein didn’t need to do much either since Fox and Hield did a ton of damage on the Hawks. I seriously thought about switching Murray into Kyrie during the afternoon but didn’t do it. So that is the hindsight I have to live with. Going Kyrie over Murray would have definitely sent me to another profitable night because WCS would have been my low score drop instead.

Don’t hate the skinny man! KD is the leader of the skeletal squad and he’s one of the greatest pure scorers ever. Everything else, I completely agree with!

Slim Reaper and Slenderman can both be deadly, don’t judge a book by its cover.

Timberpups coming to Oracle tomorrow, don’t be surprised if Jimmy Buckets plays…Harlem Globetrotters came to Warriors practice today…Draymond is seriously trying to win DPOY and playing for it every day, says he needs it bad.

Well. I was talking up my boy ET last night and then didn’t play him. Frustrating haha. O well. on to tonight!

Had Fox and Hield in my final player pool. Hawks are just bad vs. guards, but I went contrarian thinking there was no way Fox and Hield were going to pay off their 8K price tag on Fanduel. I went with Simmons b/c I thought he’d have his way vs. the smaller Clipper guards and I was way off. Clippers guards are legit. But the same reason why I faded Fox and Hield was the same reason why they were both excellent tournament plays. Fox was less than 5% owned in the Dribbler, I along with the majority of folks didn’t think they had 50 point upside.

I also had Evan Turner in every lineup and switched him out for Moore. Honestly, sometimes the lineups you make in the AM make the most sense. The more you read stuff, the more confused I get.
