Yeah I got that one in. He’s still on the board on the DK Sportsbook lol. Won’t they just cancel it when they realize he’s ruled out?

    Thats what most books do

D’Angelo Russell and Draymond Green will not play tonight vs Houston. Green has been ruled out for the three-game trip. Russell will be re-evaluated Thursday, per Warriors coach Steve Kerr.

    Milwaukee ( 116.75 ) @ LA Clippers ( 111.25 )

    PACE: MIL – 8th LA – 23rd
    OFF EFF: MIL – 1st LA – 3rd
    DEF EFF: MIL – 8th LA – 16h
    REB RATE: MIL -4th LA – 7th

Clippers have played one game without Kawhi and didn’t go well, as you would expect.

So, this is what we know. Harrell and Lou get 6.5 ad 4.5% USG bumps and .19 and .13 FPPM boosts with Kawhi off the floor. Green gets a .16 FPPM boost and was the only guy who really did well whatsoever last time Kawhi was out. Problem is Green will likely be defending ABC when he is on the floor an that seems like foul issues waiting to happen. So, what do we do?

One thing that’s clear is although MIL is good defensively, their pace of play makes them worth targeting, and from a DVP perspective they’re mostly just average across the board with no stand out attack spots, but nothing that says, please avoid. So, where does that leave us now? Play the guys who get the bump…

For me that is Lou. Only Lou. No one, but Lou. Let’s be real, the Bucks are an elite team, the Clippers without Kawhi are maybe not a terrible team. For the Clippers to stay competitive, Lou will have to do damage. This isn’t the pace down spot of the Jazz like last time he was out. This game should get up and down the floor a bit and Lou should be chucking. There’s nothing sneaky about it, but I think he’s the right play.

The only other players for the Clips that interest me are more off the board in McGruder and Harkless. McGruder is in the rotation and should get a bump in minutes. He’s basically Lou light here. It’s a long shot, and probably not enough GPP upside, but it’s a semi-logical pivot from other cheap chalk. Harkless could also see a big minutes boost and try to play ABC stopper. especially if Patterson fails and fouls. Like McGruder, it’s a long shot, but the opportunity could be there.

I’m really struggling to find anyone I genuinely like on the Bucks. ABC’s upside is huge. Always is and would never tell anyone not to play him if you have the salary for it. Bledsoe usually doesn’t get enough minutes to truly thrive. Middleton has to share too much with Bledsoe and ABC. Lopez and Wes have somewhat limited upside as the 4th and 5th wheel. Milwaukee is loaded with bench wings and any of them getting hot from deep and posting a big price considered score is possible, but unless you want to predict a blowout it’s safest to leave it alone.

Top Plays: Lou Willams, Giannis Antetokounmpo
    Cheap Darts: McGruder, Harkless
    Chalky Fade: Harrell, Green
Slate Breaker: Any of the Milwaukee back up guards if the game gets out of hand. Divincenzo seems to be the hot one lately.

NBATV schedule change for Nov. 11, 2019:
NBA TV has dropped the Rockets vs Pelicans game and replaced it with Mavericks vs Celtics.

Interesting! I didn’t know they could do that

I wonder how Harden and Westbrook feel about that today. NBA TV basically told them they aren’t as good as Luka/Porzingis.

Oh man is it ok to fade Kat and drum in a cash lineup? I just made one I love with no Kat or drum

It’s ok because the value isn’t necessarily great today. My initial build had Westbrook and no KAT, but i’ve since changed to Westbrook + KAT.

Probably the last thing on their mind lol. They’re probably both just waking up next a beautiful woman or two, gonna grab some lunch and head to the office to whoop on the Warriors. I would think tonight is an opportunity for the Rockets to get some “revenge” in their minds, albeit any real revenge would take the better part of a decade. Point is, D’Antoni is gonna want to run it up tonight. I could see him leaving in Westbrook & Harden well into the fourth quarter despite having a 15-20 point lead.

  • JSteele

I don’t have any stats to back it up, but how do players typically do after a load management day? I’m thinking Westbrook comes in and tears it up today.

  • deepfat

On the Vuc train hard tonight.

  • TheWhiteMamba

Does Aminu see any extra minutes with both Ross and Bamba out? I haven’t watched a single Orlando game this year.

Haha and I’d agree, would much rather watch the Mavs than the Rockets. I expect the salt content to be very high tonight.

Here’s a 1 game sample – Kawhi missed on 10/30 then next game back he put up 38 pts and 12 reb for 63 fp. I’m sure having fresh legs at least helps a little bit.

I’m debating between Russ and trae right now… My lineup has year but I’ve got like $500 leftover so could easily go Russ

  • JSteele

I’m not sure about Trae tonight. He played on a 30 minute limit last game and i’m not sure if he will be limited at all coming off the injury a B2B

No idea what his role is here, but I literally had a dream last night that he shattered a backboard on a transition dunk, if that helps.

Think it was vs Portland though.

Less to do with the Rockets, more to do with the Pels not having Zion.

Surprised you don’t like J. Green’s chances tonight. Would you agree he’s gonna see 20+ minutes and has a floor approaching 20 fpts?

Yeah, he’ll probably see 25 minutes. Maybe even closer to 30. Floor is probably in that 15-20 range, closer to 20.

    I like Poole.

The guy shoots 3/16 and still puts up 30 DK Fpts. He’s in a real good spot tonight too.

  • JSteele

    @Panda

I remember last year athletic bigs were good against the Bucks. Do you think Harrell fits that category a bit? I know in your writeup you mentioned you only like Lou but doesn’t this seem like a Harrell spot too?

The thing with Jamychal Green is this..

Everyone is interested mostly based off the game against Utah with Kawhi out.

In the game he shot 8 for 11 and 5-6 from 3, which for a guy shooting 55%(!!) from 3 on the year isn’t crazy, but we really expecting him to keep up that pace? Career wise he’s been good from 3, but not this good. I just think a lot has to roll right for him tonight and nothings really guaranteed.
