Seems like whenever Kemba plays at the Garden someone brings this up, but he’s never smashed at the MSG. With that said, I have a lot of Kemba.

    No Mitchell no cash.

Damn, missed the Bertans/trier news. Ouch

    Donovan Mitchell where are you?

  • RandysCrow

LMA is only a good player when there is no one else on his team. If he feels like he has to share spotlight with someone, he is useless. He is ego driven.

Only a few rules I live by and one of them is NEVER FADE KEMBA WALKER IN MADISON SQUARE GARDEN

Perhaps the best player ever in that arena

This has to come from his college days at UCONN right? Again, this gets brought up every time and it’s just not true. Best game ever at MSG was 55 DK points. Usually he ends up with your expected range of 35-45.

He averaged 15.5 PPG there last year.

    24 PPG the year before.

    32.5 PPG the year before.

    22 PPG the year before.

25, 15, and 8.5 PPG his first 3 years in the league.

Pretty sure 22 career PPG is not “perhaps the best player ever” in MSG.

Had a hunch that instead of just backing up LMA, since Bertans and Cunningham are out they might run LMA at the 4 more with Poeltl at 5 and play bigger.

This is a good train of thought against Utah who has the rare double big lineup with Favors/Gobert that it makes sense to matchup against with LMA/Poeltl

Not to mention Pop has run a lot of twin towers over his coaching career so its all the more likely

When you win 5 games in 5 days and barely miss a shot the entire time i would say that qualifies for something.

Definitely one of the most impressive performances of all time.

Set the Big East record for points in a conference tournament and the most points of anyone in 15 years in their conference tournament…

I stand by it. Hey, he might even get blowout run here if things keep going this way.

  • mtdurham

SO im a kemba fan… i cant think rationally about him i just play him!

Doesnt hurt that the knicks traded a premeire rim protector (porzingis) for a premeire layup line escort (kanter) though
