Not sure about the arrogant part, just confident in my negative affect on players! You fade my picks you have a better chance of winning :)

Jayzee always posts in a self deprecating manner and is hilarious…I used to laugh aloud at his baseball posts last summer…he’s by no means arrogant, actually quite the opposite…he’s fun reading

My FD core: Antetokounmpo (that’s right, I f**k**g spelled it out!), Butler, Davis. Tons of great value to fill in the slots.

I don’t know why I called that my “core”. Butler is the only of those players mentioned that I have 100% exposure to.

I like Glass a LOT tonight. I think more people will be in Cousins but Glass is the play. This will be one of his 75 point nights in the highest total game. I also like Dragic a lot, especially pairing him with Ulis. Also, I think one of the Bullets blows up tonight and I think its Porter.

    GL tonight.

On FD, they are tempting you with Butler. He hasn’t necessarily played well without Wade this season and he hasn’t reached his salary based expectation against the Wizards ever (based on his current FD price). So I would proceed with caution. As a Bulls fan, Jimmy hasn’t been great since the All Star Break, and teams like to double team him. So we’ll see how it goes.

He scored over 63 FD points earlier this year against Washington… with Rondo and Wade in the lineup. Also, it wasn’t an ot game either.

Did all my research last night and figured I’d pass some opinions along. Keep in mind this is from a DK GPP perspective. Do with them what you will:

All the PHX players are in good spots, but be careful with the prices on these guys now. Warren is a dicey play at 6.6k. Booker is up to 7.2k after a down game. Ulis at 5.7k is riskier then it looks at first glance considering the sample size we have for him and the opponents he’s done his damage against are pretty weak. I realize Orlando is not a team defensively to be feared by any means, but they’re better than Sacramento or the Lakers. He’s still obviously the best play of the group. Not sure he’s the best point-per-dollar PG on the slate though. I’ll have exposure to these players, but I wouldn’t go overly heavy on any of them. They’re all going to be chalkier then they should be, and there’s other players in great spots tonight.

The Pelicans give up as many 3’s in the league as anyone. We all know HOU loves to shoot the 3-ball. Harden, Gordon, Anderson, Lou, will be bombing away.

With Thomas out for Boston, Smart might be my favorite PG on the slate, and I think he’s the better point-per-dollar PG then Ulis. He averages 29.4 FP’s a game when he starts. He gets a 4.5% usage boost with Thomas off the floor. He gets as good a match up as a PG can ask for in BKN. The Nets turn the ball over more than any team in the league. Their awful rebounding the ball. The chance for peripheral stats are abundant and with Thomas off the floor he’ll be asked to pick up the scoring.

Dragic is a poor defender, but as a whole the Heat are good defensively and it’s time to get off the Rubio bandwagon. I will have zero exposure to him and Towns. On the flipside, I’m big on Whiteside.

Feel free to avoid DET/TOR completely.

No Buck is a bad play.

Favorite play at each position based on upside, compared to price: Smart, Beal (if Wall is out), Valentine (if Wall plays), Middleton, AD, Horford.

Honorable mention: Payton, Harden, ABC, Mirotic, Noel.

Top Punts: Barea, Rozier, Shabazz, Brown.

I liked all 150 of mine last night. Result? Lost about $820. Good times. Going back to stacking last 2 games on full slate. Worked well last week. When research fails you, do something more stupider.

Im kinda off on Jeremy Lin just because its a B2B he hasn’t played B2B’s in a while

I watch a lot of Wizards and I know Beal is garbage as playmaker or ball handler. Jennings will be nice value if Wall is out.

Keep in mind that the Lakers are NOT trying to win basketball games…they are trying to skillfully lose (tank). It would be nuts to play any Laker on FD with the skillfully placed turnovers you need in order to properly tank. just sayin’

Anyone got a clue why ABC just played 20 mins in a close game against the Clippers? Choosing between him and Boogie for my line-up tonight.

Yeah, should of mentioned Jennings, since I brought up Beal. Just figuring he’ll be shooting more if Wall is out, but maybe not. Not really expecting Beal to be dishing out assists, Just shooting even more.

    Foul trouble. And Jason Kidd.

  • ealcazar

I see. Boogie has foul trouble problem too in the past couple of games.

Is it st Patrick’s day or Tyler Ullis day? I guess it’s both cause the kid about to be 70% percent owned

    top cash plays ?

  • cccalloway

I’m not getting the Tyler Ulis love today saying he is ultimate lock. I get that he has more opportunity now but both sites have priced him up significantly. By no means is he a bad play, but don’t think you are giong to see anything approaching 40-50% ownership. I’d expect it down in the 20% range or so.

MoBuckets was projected to be 70% last night. Was 55% in $6 tourney on DK. Was terrible because of foul trouble but was still in the winning LU.
