How much floor time should Boogie get?

Will Kerr “get it”, and start Bogut to counter Ibaka?

Why would he start bogut to counter ibaka if ibaka doesn’t start

He should start Bogut anyway, but not because of Ibaka. Ibaka doesn’t start.

raptors going to smoke them big time-toronto crowd is going to be nuts-the line is dropping due to the KD talk I dont believe he will play and if he does wont be the kd you expect. I won all three of my bets on this series and this will be my 4th win. I went a bit nuts the first two games so I am not giving the house a chance to get it all back tonight but will put a g or two on it

If KD plays, I think he will have limited impact, but will make it very hard to play Warriors in the showdown slates because he will take away the upside of guys like Klay and Steph.

No deep bench guys for me (Bogut, Bell, Powell, McKinnie), tight rotations. I do have Ibaka in all 3, Livingston in 1 (he still gets about 15 minutes) but I think both teams keep it tight. No Klay or Siakam either in the 3 LUs.

Pretty tough to commit to lineups without knowing what’s up with KD. The last 15 minutes before lock should be fun lol

I don’t think Durant playing or not playing makes much of a difference. You can’t play him at those prices. I am assuming he is in, going to play about 15-16 minutes, and taking a few minutes away from Iggy, Cousins, Looney, and the deep bench guys like McKinney. Also probably lowers Steph, Klay and Dray’s ceilings by a couple points each. Most of my DK lineups are either 5 Raptors and 1 Warrior, or 4 Raptors and 2 Warriors. On FD I am more balanced.

  • tmarohl

Durant left shoot around early. Then other reports are that he won’t be on a minutes limit if he plays. Don’t know what to think, other than he will be an expensive decoy if he plays.

  • RAWSHADTX

Kerr said Durant looks good during the shoot around and also he played a full scrimmage of that.

If he does play – no minutes restriction either. It’s looking more and more that he’ll be playing tonight.

I’m not convinced that he’ll only play 15-16 minutes, but even if he does, it definitely changes the value of many of the Warriors (as opposed to him not playing at all).

Durant a good, low-owned Captain tonight? Even a 90% Durant could put up the most points on the board. I don’t have him in any LUs, but I might add 1 w him at C to maybe be different.

Low owned, but I don’t think he will be effective.

I’m expecting a “one leg” KD game lol In tribute to Jordan’s flu game!

Hey the dates are mighty close!!!

  • tmarohl

Might give them a psychological lift, but I can’t see him being very effective or being able to play defense. Dude has hardly been able to walk until a few days ago. If I am Toronto I am going right at him.

I know they are not the same or even close but just something on my mind. I expect GSW to win tonight regardless of KD status but not sure they can take the series. Makes building lineups for tonight tough that’s for sure. Everybody starts from Leonard!

That’s what my models are pointing to too.

This has got to be the most lopsided gambling line in NBA Finals history. It never made any sense for the warriors to be favored at all. Let alone -300.

I just dont understand how anyone could have watched the warriors limp thru the playoffs while Toronto looked so good against philly and Milwaukee and come away thinking the warriors were the better team.

People literally bet on the warriors because they won last year…

  • emnj69

the kd talk is a bettors dream driving down the line
raptors are going to smoke them
leonard will get his second finals mvp then sadly probably leave toronto lol

    , tight rotations.

I expect the big dogs to log 42+ mins, especially GsW top 3; they gonna play like no tommorow, or at least 2 days off.

That would probably be the game plan even if he was healthy…

Warriors are ONLY +400 on series down 1-3
Real odds are less than 7%, but this squad is capable of it, even if Zaza is not longer on roster

I think Raptors will win but KD playing even limited gives the Warriors so much more spacing. Don’t discount that factor.

If he can move and hit shots, yes

Latest from Rotoworld…Kevin Durant SF, Golden State Warriors
According to Warriors reporter Monte Poole, Kevin Durant is “expected to be a full go” for Game 5.
Poole cites multiple league sources and it sounded like Durant’s status was trending in this direction for the entire weekend. While KD cut his shootaround short for treatment, we have since learned that he got up additional shots on a different practice court away from the media. It will be interesting to see how he fares after a month on the sidelines, and we’ll pass along any information regarding limitations/minute restrictions when we know more.
