So Magic have Fultz,Anthony and now Suggs. I just don’t understand the Magic at all. So many other needs but nonetheless they should definitely have their PG of the future whichever one it is

It’s tough being a Magic fan.

I mean Magic have some nice pieces they just keep adding to that same area lol

Don’t know what the Bucks are doing. They had the first pick in the second round. They just traded it to Indiana for 54, 60 and two future second round picks.
Seems to me that the Bucks probably could have got a guard that could possibly backup Holiday with the pick they had. Now I don’t have a clue what they are doing.
Probably use 60 on Giannis’s little brother, who is not very good. Don’t know how they are going to be able to fill out their roster.

Probably why they made the move. Now tonight they pick up 2 cheap guys, instead of 1.

You’ll get a cheap veteran to backup Jrue. Don’t want some guy you pick at 31 to be your primary backup PG.

Woj Keeps spoiling all the picks with his damn notifications. Let them rooks get surprised

We will overpay to keep Tucker because we have his bird rights and can go over cap.
    They have to replace Forbes.
Most likely going to have to replace Portis. Expect that to be a tax payer mid level exception kind of guy like a Jeff Green.
Expect Jordan Nwora to be in the rotation next year. He is looking really good on that Nigerian olympic team.
Probably have to sign a veteran minimum backup guard.

    OKC still stockpiling 1st rounders

Houston is sending OKC two future first-round picks for No. 16, per source

  • The only issue the lakers will have is late game westbrick being a liability with catch and shoot 3’s.

I see it as a clear upgrade, they will stagger him and lebron obvisouly, and when lebron sits out, from a dfs perspective it will be the westy show.

They still have to figure out getting a better center and more shooting.

Anyone playing any olympic ball tonight?

I’ll probably throw something together. France will destroy Iran. They’ll have a couple players go off, probably end up being the bench guys.

Not sure why Bonga is listed at center. He’s a SF in the NBA.

    Like Nwora again.

Nope. Waiting for Summer League to play again.

I thought the consensus after the Lakers were eliminated in the first round was that they didn’t have enough outside shooting. Westbrick doesn’t solve that problem at all, so I don’t understand how they’re now the favorites to win the championship next year.

While I agree that Westbrick is an upgrade from Kuzma, I don’t see how the Lakers’ Big Three is now considered more formidable than the Nets’ Big Three.

I agree. They needed shooting. I would have rather seen Buddy Hield go to the Lakers.

Excited to see that Pistons summer league team. It’s going to be stacked. If they don’t win the summer league title, going to need to trade everyone and start over.

I don’t even consider the nets big 3.

Kyrie is a lame, harden has never done it come playoff time, luv kd’s game, but i feel they’re extremely overrated by the media.

That got me wondering—what do you typically get at 31?

The last few years have been dry (Claxton, Okobo, Frank Jackson) but before that we had Osman, Bogdanovich, Crabbe. Then a really long desert…and then a bunch of familiar names: Manute Bol. Doc Rivers. Rod Higgins. Danny Ainge (those four came in five years).

Just depends. Seems like most years there’s a few guys who go in the 2nd round who stick around the league for a while. Then every few years you find a Jokic or Middleton or whatever.

    By the way…

Celtics get : Kris Dunn, Bruno Fernando, 2023 2nd Rounder
    Hawks get : Delon Wright
    Kings get : Tristan Thompson

Not sure it’s good for Thompson to be closer to Kardashians.

There were good players picked up to about 40 last night that will be decent NBA rotational players.

Dallas is trading Josh Richardson to Boston. Where is Frugal? Not sure what Dallas is getting back as it is a sign and trade. Richardson fits into the trade exception that Boston has so it could just be for a draft pick or for nothing to create cap space.

Bucks had Michael Redd and Malcom Brogdon in second round. Draymond Green was a second rounder. More – Steve Kerr, Rick Mahorn, Marc Gasol, Doc Rivers,

  • I would imagine mavs think they’re getting lowry making this move.

I would rather pat try to make a trade with the cavs then pay lowry 35+ a year.

35th pick…he remembers the names of all the guys picked before him.

I don’t think Heat’s problem is point guard. You can get by with Nunn and Dragic. Heat’s problem is they have no rebounding. I think they need another athletic big to pair with Bam.
