After the backlash they got last season I’d assume late swap will be back.

Kalish said today on twitter that he wasn’t aware of any rule changes, therefore no late swap. NBA also passed rules today on resting healthy players so it shouldn’t be as bad as years past. Not saying it won’t happen. NBA also eliminated a number of b2b games, especially ones that are on national tv.

Considering they have Saturday’s slate up, I think they’ll be running it for the entirety of the preseason.

I see that now – no late swap either it appears. “Each player will become “locked” at the scheduled start time of the Game Set”

You are hurting your EV if you don’t pay attention to your lineups, after lock, on a site that allows late swap. It’s not that simple.

I just meant that ppl complain about late swap and I say its a choice. You can set it and go and right there you have no “late swap”. Just because ppl want to pay attention up to the minute they should not be penalized. I feel late swap gives small stakes players an equal chance because they dont have to have 50 lineup combinations in case someone is a late scratch giving the advantage to ppl with bigger bankrolls. I just feel that excuses against late swap are just terrible misguided.

    per dk chat

“We are still in the process of collecting feedback and evaluating late swap in regards to our regular season NBA product. Please note that pre-season NBA will be non late swap only, meaning all players will lock at the contest start time.

As mentioned, we are still collecting feedback on out product, so please feel free to respond to this chat with your thoughts. Once we confirm what offerings we will be providing for the NBA season, we will be sure to communicate out.”

Anybody got any good sites that give good preseason info?

I’m still salty about no late swap, but hopefully it shouldn’t be as bad this year with last second DNP’s.

Going back to strategy for Saturday, Jameer Nelson is out, making Mudiay/Murray good plays. Which one will be the better play is the question.

I’ve heard that Mudiay has been looking great and getting praise from his coaches.

Zero percent chance I play NBA preseason with no late swap. I have heard people say that they have had surveys regarding late swap but I haven’t received any. I did email them last year to poll your customers and let the majority rule which I am sure will be on the side of late swap but it only works if you actually send out surveys to EVERYONE!

I also suggested that they make competing contests and let the majority rule in that one. The one that fills up becomes the main or only contest and the other side has no or small contests. Either way, I am sure that the majority of players want and like late swap just so they don’t have get a zero when a player is ruled out a minute after the first contest. Their own app gives this information out so this nonsense about people having to scour twitter non-stop has zero merit and that you can’t enjoy the games. Oh yeah the last one was the single Dads couldn’t take care of their children. There was no valid excuse for the change other than they thought they were merging with FD.

Please poll everyone and let the majority rule so we can have late-swap back.

just go on chat or twitter and tell them to bring back late swap as I’ve already done. they should but lets see what happens.

So it looks like Fanduel increased the value of blocks and steals to 3 points each. Hmmmm interesting……

It;s an open competition between Mudiay/Murray. Murray is coming for that starters spot.

    Also curious about this

  • dramos77

Warriors starters won’t see more than 17 to 20 minutes. Expect to see minn and den starters around 23 to 27 minutes. Denver will also use a lot of bench players where minn will likely use 10 man rotation.

  • sherm812

Do you know anything about the Lakers?

  • VRod305

I’m going to be playing Simmons every day for the first two months, just like Embiid. Lock lock lock.

  • KindGuy

    Wow, it’s really here folks.

    NBA DFS is BACK.
