So you almost won $6 then? How about some respect for the winning teams. I mean if its not inconvenient for you of course.

i think he would rather see himself win $6 in a contest he was in over a stranger lol

    no cam no cashhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

lol somehow i made a small cash (25 for a buck) without cam. but i would guess i was probably the only one in the top 20 of this mini squib that didn’t have him.

Definitely, Its even harder bc all Arizona needed to do was NOT have 7 turnovers and just score. lol

Just curious, what possessed you not to start Carolina D using a Carolina stack?

It was a last minute lineup and didn’t even think logically. That one will haunt me for quite awhile.

All chalk and Cory Brown was the play.

I won the Draftpot Spike with Peyton Manning… helped that Peyton was like 14 pts cheaper and no one had Philly Brown. Was hard to roster Cam/Gronk at their prices there.

  • hoodOO7

Well Cards fans, at least you didn’t lose because the #1 kicker missed his first extra point in over 500.

Well I won back everything I spent plus 6 bucks on my entries. I consider this a great victory being new.

  • notfast1

I wish I had Corey Brown in all my LU instead of mixing in some Funchess/Cotchery. Darn.

I never really play on DK but I entered a free contest and put up a 181.2 tonight, won me a big free $3 ticket. Curious does anyone know if that woulda earned decent cash in gpps?

The 1.25 Mil contest you would have won about 16 bucks.

In the 200k play action you would have won about 19 bucks.

Dumb question: The NFL contest in the queue on DraftKings, is that a Pro Bowl-Super Bowl combo?

    It
appears so .. not picking any probowl qbs thats for sure

Ended up spending $15 in entries. Walked way with a profit of 35 after the games. I had two Carolina stacked entries with Gronk and David Johnson. If he weren’t for that I’d have lost most of that money. Pretty much just guessed with multiple line ups since the slate was so small.

Note to self…next year in short slates, stick to 50-50’s

    Easy money

So what is the strategy for the Pro Bowl / SuperBowl slate? I know this is very degen of me to even consider playing this slate. I haven’t watched a probowl in years, I am assuming it is best to stack all SB players since probowl players only play 1-2 quarters of the game? The one thing that is tempting is the total in the probowl is almost double that of the SB.

I’m as degen as they come when it comes to NFL (hell I had 200 lineups on both FD and DK yesterday) but no way in hell am I touching the Pro Bowl/Super Bowl tournaments.

  • TopDawgs07

Will DK offer much for the Super Bowl itself? I generally play the small, cheap stuff. I wasn’t sure how they would handle such a small slate.

With SB this year being 2 teams ranked top 5 in defense, picking the right qb/wr from pro bowl that goes off for 2-3 tds might be the deciding factor.

I’ll make a lineup or two. Can’t be worse than playing the lottery.

    first season playing here…
so if im looking at this right, dk has the reserve only slate of a probowl+super bowl gpps (lol probowl?)……..plus they will or wont have a slate for just the superbowl next week? I wasnt sure if they run any gpps for only one game

    thanks!

  • aylsg

Even though the Super Bowl running game matchups aren’t that great, it doesn’t look like a pro bowl RB has scored in a long time and you probably would need a TD since that is a pass-happy game. So Stewart, CJ, Hillman and maybe even the Trollbert seem to be the best RB options. That’s just from checking the stat packages back through 2012.
