I tend to agree, although I think Brady 30-40% range, Palmer in the 25-30% range, and Newton in the 20-25% range. I disagree on Manning, though; I think he’ll only be 5-10%, unless everyone thinks that and suddenly 1000’s of people go “contrarian” only to see it backfire.

I’d love to hear some more thoughts from other grinders on QB ownership as this is obviously very important in GPP lineups.

Disappointed by the lack of responses on my QB ownership question… I realize most have transitioned to NBA by now and it’s a 2-game slate, but IMO that makes the ownership piece even more important.

I’d love to hear some thoughts.

What are you expecting to hear? It’s a 4-game slate. Minus manning, your going to see 20-30% for each QB. Trying to figure out which one will be 20% vs 30% won’t be the difference in you winning your GPP. Stop overthinking.

I threw a Manning/Broncos heavy LU into the quarter arcade for fun. No expectations, but it would probably score pretty high if it happened.

    My thoughts would be:
    1) Olsen – Cam’s main receiver

Take this for what it’s worth, follow or fade but Arians has said stopping Olsen is a priority.

“Arians said Olsen “is their focal point” offensively. If you can contain him, you contain the offense. “If we take him out of the game, that’s about 47 percent (of their passing game),” Arians explained. “That’s our goal. It’s hard to do, though.”

Sure, this is not “stop the presses” news but I will say if Arizona’s Defensive game plan is to put everything into stopping, or limiting, Olsen then that should create plenty of opportunities for the Carolina WR’s

    I’m fading Olsen this week

When selecting your lineup, what does a “punt play mean”? Sorry, I’m kinda new at this. Thanks.

It’s a cheap player that is a lineup filler. Also known as a dart throw.

Tell that to the 9 guys who rostered Janis last weekend…

David Johnson has gotta bounce back this week….right?

No, but he is guaranteed alot more opportunities than most other RBs this weekend. Hence his premium pricing.

Not on the mush field in Carolina.

  • Sportsfan12

find myself with a lot of cardinal exposure- is the weather going to ruin this game/turning it into a ground n pound slugfest?

  • Ryan_13

Weather is supposed to not be too bad… 35 degrees and by tomorrow you would think the field should be fairly decent. I’m also on the Cardinals.

  • th3goat84

Question: 2 game slate, how contrarion do you have to go? 3-4 punts/sleepers? Less or more?

  • Drayzen

The Belitricks is in full force this week. 16 Patriots on the injury report.

    All 16 probably playing tomorrow.

  • th3goat84

Winning LU will have Jimmy G in it. lol

  • moshei24

So all 4 of my tournament lineups on FD tomorrow have CJ Anderson. Someone please tell me I’m not crazy. :o

I’m with you. I like the White/Stewart pairing but I’m also rolling out Anderson/Stewart in about 50%

  • NCRick

I had tons of lineups, but I just figured out an incredible lineup that could easily be unique. So I exported it to every last entry.

is Malcolm butler covering Demarius Thomas?

    thanks

  • legitlegit

    and who is talib covering?

Hard to guess with Belichick but normally he would double team the top threat leaving Butler alone on Sanders.

  • BlackGambino

Zone Coverage, they cannot. Man up with the Cardinals. Watched the last few home games. The defense is spectacular 1st half. Panthers have to go for the knockout. Talking at minimum 38-0 at the half, because Seattle was down 31 and pull within reach

  • th3goat84

Who has the balls to do a Broncos stack?

  • hoffs812

I went panthers and broncos stack on DK

  • th3goat84

Quick reminder: the Broncos gave the Patriots their first loss, I don’t think im going to bet against them for this game.
