That game looked like a damn Steelers game..bad coaching (terrible clock skills by Saints), Breeslisburger throws pick at worst possible time, Saintlers can’t stop anyone when it counts…FG is good Steelers I mean Saints lose.

The Rams have no business in the Super Bowl. I wouldn’t even consider them top 2 in the NFC alone. What a joke.

Will be interesting to see what they do w/Gurley was 2 weeks more rest. Bet CJ still gets the start and half the carries in the SB

Feels like gurley needs surgery and won’t actually be healthy until he does

    CJ Anderson to the suberbowl

St Louis residents vomiting in their mouths as kroenke holds the trophy?

They beat the Saints at their dome. They smoked the Cowboys at home. What 2 NFC teams are better than the Rams?

Boohoo. If anyone deserves to not get that call it’s Sean Payton. Most unlikable coach in all major sports.

Should never gone to OT. Done over with at the 5 on pass interference.

I mean they let them play all game there were a ton of no calls on PI, I was actually surprised they called the Arnold PI the way the rest of the game had been reffed. Michael Thomas really lost them the game, seemed like he had all the time in the world to track that pass and catch the ball but instead he starts flailing his hands at the refs and the ball lands in the Rams chest on his back for an interception while he’s doing it lol Sucks because I have Thomas/Brees in good lineups but that’s karma..

Romo is a bit too excited today. Test him.

  • yisman

clearly the two best teams in the NFC went at it

    close game

Saints had HFA and that was enough to get them what should’ve been a win.

These teams were about even. The regular season taught us that and this game reinforced it.

    Sucks Gurley got benched.

  • sox9

Woods and Cooks are both nightmares to cover. SB game could come down to someone like Josh Reynolds, or heaven forbid, CJ Anderson. Kupp is great, but there is not much fall off w/Reynolds. Woods, Cooks and Reynolds are a great combo of speed and quicks.

    prediction:

if Gurley continues to ride the bench in the SB, the AFC wins

  • sox9

Remember watching Woods those years in BUF and wondering: “what if this guy had a QB?”

They Smoked the Cowboys? They won by a touchdown. And the Saints beat the Rams in the regular season. I would say the Bears and the Saints are better.

Think it’s gonna be more about Goff’s accuracy and Goff maintaining his cool in the pocket. RAMS DEF is a real Jekyll and Hyde, but the D-line looked great today.

they jammed the run down their throats. cowboys were helpless, game was never in doubt

Saints just had their chance. I’d say Brees is about done, his long balls look terrible. Rams are a better matchup in the SB, more talented. and better coached than the Saints.

Brees and AROD are both accuracy, pinpoint accuracy QBs, They rarely throw an INT (Brees was hit), but AROD is the better deep ball passer when his knee is healthy.

Terrible coverage by the Rams is what kept Brees from having at least two interceptions in this game. He is still $$ on the short throws.

  • sox9

Brady and Brees one to two more years. AROD 5 more. JAG. Kinda depends on injury risk for AROD.

Yes, point taken today. Aikman was right on the non-call pass interference. Should have been a pick-6 on Brees.

  • Smallchimp

Obviously this is how you should play the Chiefs, but damn, the nonstop clock game is agonizing to watch. This defense is useless
